The only good point was that the hotel is near the airport.

The facilities were not good. And there is no SPA in the hotel.

Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.

The water was not very hot in shower for some reason.

The bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice.

The staff weren’t very friendly. We were early getting there and we were happy to wait for check in but it would have been nice to be offered a drink of water. We had to ask.Pool area was dirty and the spa was under renovation.

Breakfast, I don't think very well. Hope it was more buffet-like, but it wasn't, you had to order from a menu card. The rooms could use an upgrade, it seems old. It is a quiet area and not much noise. Otherwise, the people who work there are very nice.

Breakfast option.You couldn't order food at the hotel, that wasn't an option. I couldn't see that.

The hotel gave me different room than the one in the image.The toilet is clogged each time being used. The horable thing is the receptionist know that and they request me to make the full payment before i can see the room. Receptionists even laught and loudy chat with each other when guests is near by.The service is horrable, restaurant is closed at 10 AM, so they can force you to go to a separate resraurant right next to the hotel ( same owner). They use a cheap mattress and pillows like a motel, it make my back hurt.There are even construction site nearby which work overnight.Overall, it's like living in a gang's hotel and i'm feel like a fool booking here.

Could not fault it

We needed a quick stop before heading to airport to Phu Quoc. The location is so close, just s 2 minute drive. The room was super clean when we got there which is nice. And breakfast included which was also tasty!

We spent a week in this modest but comfortable hotel, which was pleasantly empty despite being so close to the airport. If you get a room facing the courtyard, you will have a surprisingly quiet night. Wonderful hot shower. Comfy bed (just don't look too closely at the pillows). A big plus for all the power plugs in the room! The rooftop pool is small, allowing only a few strokes, but it's a refreshing dip (the spa area is closed). The staff is friendly, polite and always smiling. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood, although access to some of them requires crossing an insanely trafficked road, and no one's stopping or even braking.

The room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. The WC was dirty and there was only half a roll of toilet paper. Scattered notes from the previous guest were left by the bedside table. But after our complaints, the cheerful housekeeping staff made regular and neat visits, changing our towels daily. Only pho soup served for breakfast; no alternatives whatsoever, just forget about European breakfast options. We needed to modify our reservation and kindly asked the management to be flexible with the non-cancellation terms, but were met with utter indifference, which is a pity.

Reception staff and restaurant manager were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were up to my expectations.

The rooms were fine but I can see that hotel should focus some more on details. I saw some used towels in corner of restaurant on the floor and room showers have obviously a moisture problem. The wood work is discoloured and in some cases delaminating . This does not look very nice. Even some doorframes on entry doors were totally effected. I failed to take pics of this.

It didnt have a buffet breakfast, just a few option for breakfast that you could choose one of them!
