Friendly staff, good service, good location, lot of choice for food. Breakfast, and teatime, and daily supplies of water, beer, redbull, soft drinks are free. Nice view from rooftop.

The room is too small. Have to upgrade to VIP room. The bathtub is too small for a guy with 5’2 and weight 125 lbs. I wish they list out the total area of the room so I could make better choices.

Everyone was excellent, especially Quan he was a helpful and always opened the door!!! Thank you Quan and to everyone else, always so friendly and so kind. The food was great, the service was excellent.

Bed was abit hard for our liking, shower to get to the correct temperature was difficult and frustrating. Also roof pool area smoking allowed so being a non smoker was difficult to enjoy.

Had a complimentary foot massage. Thu was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Fantastic breakfast, spacious room, and really great location. Booked a couples spa treatment too and it was so nice!

Pool closing at 7pm was quite disappointing, since most day trips get you back to the hotel no earlier than this time.Room service online order doesn’t work, had to call the restaurant to reorder.

The location makes it easy to walk around to lots of food area like Cho Ben Thanh. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I like that they provide complimentary breakfast, free lunch/dinner vouchers and a 30-min massage.

Squeaky beds, high bath tubs and too large of a toilet that takes up too much space. Simply put, poor choices of hardware for the already cramped rooms.

This hotel was in a great location, staff were great and we loved that it had an outdoor pool. Also included was the 30 minute foot massage which was easy to book and a great way to end a busy day. The rooftop bar and hot tub were loved both by the adults and kids. Breakfast has a large choice and the room were spacious and very clean.

Room was a great size and very nicely decorated. Very spacious and comfortable. The location was great, just on the edge of all the city center madness. The lobby and pool area were nice as well. Quan was incredibly helpful the entire week I was here. I would definitely stay here again!

Overpriced for the rooms. The ratings provided by booking.com misled us! Rooms were very small and uncomfortable. You could hear noises from the corridor, elevator and other rooms!

Property in a good location. Rooms small but fine. Breakfast was good too.

Rooftop pool was small and always crowded with not enough lounges to sit on and in HCMC a swim each afternoon to cool off is essential.
