No facilities for luggage runaway at lobby down stairs to lobby upstairs

strategic location for shopping, nice room with ben than view, near malaysia street.. good place for muslim travel

Location to shopping, restaurants, massage. Easy to get taxis. Bellboys very helpful

Street entrance dirty. No access toLobby for handicap & seniors. Replenishment of toilet paper. Staff poor English. Bellboy siesta better English than Front Desk staff

The staff was very friendly.

There was pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and shower. Also, there was lots of other random hair in the room. Considering I'm blonde and all the hair was black I know it wasn't mine... also, hotel cochin zen was down the street and the same price

Staff got very confused over two bookings on separate days and made me move room which was so confusing and meant they had to clean two rooms which made no sense for them either

Same repetitive breakfast options day after day year after year

The room wasn’t very clean, with black mold visible on the sink and shower. The condensation was an issue—I had to keep the window open constantly because of the damp caused by the shower. On top of that, the noise from the street was really disturbing, especially with the nightclub open every night.

Good location

Except one female staff in the reception others were not cheerful and enthusiastic to support the guests. Not easy for a 70 year old to pull up or bring down suitcases without assistance.

Great location - across from Ben Thanh markets. Staff were nice and helpful. Good breakfast food selection. Aircon worked fine as well.

Very convenient to go everywhere. Good breakfast and we really love the cafe there. A very good coffee served. Will surely come back on our next visit.

Nothing!!!

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable enough. The buffet breakfast selection was good and the hotel was nearby to several good bars and restaurants. There was a restaurant in house but we did not eat there so can't comment on the food served. The hotel was right opposite Ben Thanh market which was handy for tourist shopping and for catching the City Bus Tour for one of the routes. (The main town tour bus stop is a short walk away).

There is a disco almost opposite the hotel which plays very loud music until around 2am and you can hear it from the rooms which face the market. Our friends changed their room to one at the back (with no view) and said it was much quieter in there. Shower pressure was not the greatest.

a bit noisy when u have a room at the street side. breakfast is till 9.30 am but at 9 oclock there was not a lot of food anymore.

we used our room as a day stay , to shop in the near by markets which was across the road, and to freshener up before travelling back to Australia. The Taxi from airport was $15AUD we had travelled from Paris and had a 6 hour layover to Australia. Would do it again.

lack of breakfast refill, some minor quality issues, like toilet reservoir takes 10 mins for refill and dirty windows.

the flight of steps up to the hotel may be challenging for the elderlywill be great if there's swimming pool
