The Passion Suites Hotel and Spa

Location is best and the room type I selected wa good. In room services are all good. Centrally located and easy access to places of interest.

Good location

Not very clean, uncomfortable bed

Staff was very friendly, good central location room was nice,

Last night there was a lot of ants in the room and I’ve been bitten quite a few times during the night, air con doesn’t go cold enough so nights can be quite warm

The location was good. The room was clean the staff were helpful

I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked a studio with balcony. I told the hotel but all they kept saying was you got what you booked. It wasn’t. First they told me I could only have that room if I booked for a month or longer, then they said some else has booked it, then they said it was what I booked. I asked them to charge me for what they gave me but they kept insisting it was what I booked.

After a long flight a comfortable clean place to rest , plenty of places to eat and drink locally

All goo for the price range

Everything the price is good, the location easy to found. the room very clean. The room look like the picture.

The location was absolutely fantastic & the room super comfortable with a beautiful view. Equipped with all the facilities one would need & very helpful staff.

The hotel’s location in District 1 is ideal for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It’s close to many popular attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the Notre-Dame Cathedral.

We were moved to a sister hotel nearby, as they served breakfast. However, it wasn't so good, and we only ate there once in the 3 day stay. I felt that there was a skeleton staff number on in the evening and our receptionist had very poor English which made communication difficult. The facilities were pretty basic and the hotel floor carpets could do with a thorough cleaning, or better still, replacement. We won't be back anytime soon.

Poor communication. Passable cleanliness, especially the carpets in the corridors.

I was impressed by how well-equipped and modern the room was. The furniture was sleek and new, and everything worked perfectly.

They offered a variety of fresh, delicious options that helped start my day right. I especially enjoyed the local Vietnamese dishes—they were delicious and gave me a true taste of the city.

The bed was comfortable, and the natural light coming through the windows made it feel fresh. I had a great stay and felt relaxed every time I returned to my room after a day of sightseeing.

Strategic location. Near attractions

Cramp. Reality so different from photos. Difficult to put luggage, difficult to move

The staff spoke English well and were always happy to assist with directions or recommendations. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient, knowing I could easily communicate.

The staff is kind and very friendly. My colleague had a headache, and they gave us medicine and checked on us with great care. We particularly have a positive impression of the Vietnamese people.

Nice staff, clean room, & good value for money. They gave us a check in early and everything was good.

The feeling of this place is very upscale, and the staff is very attentive. They even helped us with our luggage because we arrived at the airport quite early.

The price was reasonable for what you get, especially considering the location and service quality. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Location was perfect, such a cute little place. By the way, the location is very good, in the city center.
