I love everything about it. People are so nice and willing to help whatever you need. The food is great and friendly. I surely will come back.

Long was super nice and friendly

The sink where I brush my teeth didn't drain properly. Took like an hour to drain. Also the battery to adjust the AC was out.

Nice location close to Walking street and river. Nice and pretty clean rooms. Surpassingly nice breakfast We had a very nice Housekeeper We asked for the possibility that the room has a river view and they accomodate it

Not a hotel fault but the street has very aggressive massage spas which keep asking you to do massage and it's annoying . Internet is bad

Breakfast very limited, they will not refill so better come early. Location is the only positive side for this hotel.

No toilet in the ground.

The location was good and the staff was friendly

The room was filled with cockroaches. They are not visible during the day but once you bring food they attack from every where.

Put attention that the pictures are the same for all the rooms, but this is not the picture of the room we ordered. We thought that the room that we ordered would be bigger but it was not. They changed our room the day after we arrived.

Unfriendly staff, refused early breakfast rudely. Dirty room, dust and cockroach in the room, old building, old furniture, need maintanance.

Great location, good breakfast. Still good value for money, but not comfortable to sleep.

It's very noisy. I heard everything from corridor, and I heard all my neighbours. Aircon was almost dead, we slept without blanketBathroom lock was broken.

The lobby is misleading because the rest of the hotel is extremely run down. The room was nothing like the photos, bathroom door barely closed properly, no shower curtain, and shower head wouldn't even stay up on its stand. The stairs up to the rooftop restaurant felt like they could break with each step and the breakfast was mediocre. Overpriced for what it is. You're basically only paying for location

Staff really less on behavior, my booking was stated confirmedA day after booking she ask me to cancel on booking.com and book direct.And the most disappointed me, they called me when I was on the airport i have to be at the hotel before 20:00 pm otherwise my booking will cancelled.On second day there are cockroaches on my room, and a lot of dust under my sofa.I was mentioned and send photos but was not response.When i am checking out staff was sleeping on sofa in the living room.

Most of the staff were good but one receptionist MS. Ember was very rude to Indians andkept behaving very bad. shouting for nothing. others were very decent and helpful. rooms not upto mark.Broken closets, Telephone not working etc etc

The check in process was good considering we reached at 4am! The room was quite comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked very well given the warm temperatures outside :)Room - Rating 4/5Breakfast was laid out from 7am to 9am and was decent. I guess the breakfast timing could have been till 10am, given we are tourists and would like relax in the mornings.

It’s been a few years since I last stayed here, and I’m genuinely happy to see the hotel has returned to its great quality.Before COVID, things felt a bit limited - simple breakfast, no coffee in the room, and a few small touches were missing. But now it’s a whole different story: breakfast is much better, coffee is back in the room, and the city view rooms are definitely worth it. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but sitting back with a cold beer at night, looking out over the city - that’s time well spent. The hotel also offers a wonderful spa - perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. It’s quiet, professional, and just what I needed. A special shoutout to Linh at the front desk - so kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. It’s little things like that that make you feel truly welcome and at home

Everything was great during my stay

The hotel is in a super convenient location, within walking distance to local eateries, attractions, and the city center. The room was clean, airy, and well taken care of. The staff were genuinely kind - always greeting me with a smile and happy to help with anything I needed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast - tasty food, nicely presented, with plenty of options whether you want something light or a full meal. There’s also an on-site spa, which was a real bonus. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day out. The space was calm, and the spa staff were professional and pleasant. If I come back to Saigon, I’ll definitely choose this place again

I stayed in room 601 and was genuinely surprised - the room was spotless and incredibly quiet, even though the hotel is located in the city center. Breakfast outdoors on the 8th floor was such a pleasant way to start the day. I really enjoyed it - and I have to say, the experience has improved a lot compared to a few years ago. Now it’s the perfect way to kick off the morning. The hotel also has a convenient spa, great for relaxing after a long day of walking or traveling. The atmosphere was calm and soothing - definitely worth trying. A special shoutout to Linh from the staff, who kindly helped me carry my luggage to the room - such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel really welcome.Overall, I was truly happy with my stay - excellent value for money!

No complaints at all

The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of District 1, super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Linh and Ember at the front desk - they were so thoughtful and helped me arrange an airport transfer, making everything smooth and hassle-free. I also loved the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the lobby and hallways - it gave the hotel such a warm and elegant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant offered a stunning view of the city - a perfect way to start the morning. Plus, there’s a wellness spa right on-site, exactly what I needed after days of traveling and exploring.Honestly, everything I could ask for was right here - it was truly a wonderful experience

This hotel is really good and totally worth the price. The staff are super nice, and the whole place is really quiet - I loved how peaceful it felt!The location is perfect too - right in the city center, close to lots of restaurants and cafés, and just a few steps from Nguyen Hue Walking Street.Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and the view over the whole city was amazing.Plus, they also have a spa where you can relax - such a nice bonus after a day of exploring.I would definitely stay here again

Perfectly located with a clean, comfortable room and a huge balcony - great for watching the hustle and bustle of Saigon. Staff were warm and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

If I could change one thing, I would have loved the balcony to feel a bit cozier, but it was still a lovely spot to catch some fresh air
