when we arrived, the staff communicated with us was very unpolite. I will never stay again

Hotel on online look like very big. Actual was too small.

I’m not going to the pool every day and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff is very helpful

They do not have enough towels at the pool

Very conveniently located to the metro, market, shops, food stalls and etc. There’s also a decent variety for breakfast.

It’s quite dated inside. Enough though it’s clean, the shower for example leaks through to the toilet floor area after a shower.The pool area is a bit small for loungers.Breakfast restaurant was a bit cramped even when not busy as staff and clients would bump into each other.

Great staff, room cleanliness & central location.

Everything in this hotel is so good, staff are very friendly and polite, breakfast were good. They did try to support me what I wanted to help. It deserves with 4 stars hotel

Room was good, large and bed comfortable. Felt very safe at all times in the area and was able to walk around at any time. Breakfast was good, staff really professional and helpful. Everything was very clean and I would definitley stay here again. The little rooftop pool was an added bonus too.

The location was excellent as was the facility itself. The front door staff was equally impressive. The breakfast experience was lovely as well.

I thought the house cleaning staff lacked a bit of training. They meant well, and did their best. But management needs to do better to ensure consistency.

Great location in District 1, big lobby and friendly staff, I did never eat in the restaurant but my girlfriend did and she did like it and it hmwas my Girlfriend who did like us stay at the hotel very helpful the room was clean and big comfortable bed, nice big TV the bathroom was fine the water power was good and the air-conditioned did work will, the elevator did have some connection problems but it did work. I would say about the price of the hotel per night it was rather expensive but it is a nice hotel. I can recommend the hotel top location friendly staff in the lobbyI would definitely stay again.The hotels location is excellent because you have every think you neet in a walking distance Ben Than Market is a great place to visit and shop me and my girlfriend did go there to walk we did eat there low prices.2 beautiful green parks in short walking distance and big shopping malls not far well walkable.Great hotel and location friendly staff and tasty buffet in the restaurant

The elevator connection problems the room key did not work in the elevator but the staff in the door could make it work so it did end well, so there was nothing I would say was negativeThe furniture was not modern but beautiful classic wooden look

The staff were super super nice, can not say enough about them. Saigon is a poluted city and me and my friend got sick, Molly the manager of the hotel made ginger tea for us, she made us feel great. She is great. Location was excellent , in the middle of everything.

ROOMS, my room was a bit bigger than a walking closet with a small window facing another building. The swimming pool was basically a huge tub , did not use it.

Friendly staffs, Convenient locations, Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staffs were very attentive.

The only thing is the gym is too small and nowhere near enough equipment.

Rooms where old and stuffy. Very noisy from the road traffic and road works at night, so couldn't sleep.

Amazing coffee, location, pool, breakfast and staff. The welcome was fabulous as the staff let us check in early, and the tea refreshing. They held our luggage for a night as we toured the Mekong Delta and we returned to another fabulous evening. I would book again.

The location was excellent. Many of the attractions were within walking distance. My room was comfortable but the place could need some sprucing up. Most of the staff was friendly.

Poor experience

Rude staff and management tried to give me smaller room when I booked executive category Even when rooms were empty they didn’t gave me early checkinn even I mailed them my flight is early morning still they gave deaf ear to it When I asked them to charge early checkinn fees they asked for double the amount of room fare I booked with them

My stay was on the 8 floor. The wall of the room is dirty, and the moldy smell is noticeable. The fan in the bathroom is not working. One of the maids was constantly coughing and sneezing very early in the morning. This hotel is not soundproof well, so the noise in the hallway was unbearable. The lobby filled with cigarette odor. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all

The staff was courteous and tried to explain the situation and was glad that they transferred 2 times to a room which was less noise interference. Thank you Alice and the rest of the staff including the restaurant as well. I would recommend friends to stay there.

The road works by the Government during midnight till morning. Can't blame the hotel as they would not know when it will end also.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, and definitely good value for money.

Unfortunately, there was construction next to the hotel during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel could also use some deeper cleaning, especially the glass in the lobby and around the pool area.
