Good value, great location

To many stairs ( we are both 68) very small room.Not as clean as other hotels in Vietnam.

Excellent location in District 1, everything within walking distance: opera house, market etc. Cafes, food - just walk out of the hotel and everything was available. Very helpful staff

Not very clean, we had to ask for a change of bedding, very uncomfortable high floors (even 5th), no lift

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly, organised a day trip for us also,.Location was excellent just off walking street, room was clean and bed was big and comfortable, all in all excellent value for money, highly recommend!

Best about hotel is location becose on walking street is to noisy all night and if hotels have windows to street side, hard to sleep. This hotel is on popular place but little inside small street, so is not noisy.

Toilet seat could be cleaner.All night till 4 am there is a big noise from the party street

The Staff are really Nice, specially Mr Van who helped me with the Sim card, Change of Room and Booking of Tour. He is really nice and helpful

Level 4 is too high for me to climb daily

Good location. Helpful staff. Spacious room. Upgraded us to a balcony when we were early for our room.

Had to walk up literally 99 stairs to get up to the room. Need to share one key card with your partner and need it to get into front entrance. Balcony was dusty and had no furniture.

Overall, it's good value for the money. Don't expect anything fancy, but the staff is nice and the location is great. Their slogan is that "we can make the best" and they delivered!

Most days some people were hanging out in the lobby, which I found a bit unusual.

Good location, friendly staff.WiFi was good.

Didn't have my room for the first night despite having made a reservation well in advance. They put me in an extremely moldy and smelly room for that night.After moving to my intended room, there was no hot water from the showers for the rest of my stay.The hotel lobby smelled often like burnt grease and there was probably a door to the kitchen of a restaurant from the 1st floor.

Location

It was extremely noisy with guests and tenants in the building, plus the noise outside could be heard through the window. We stayed across the street a week previous and our experience was great, so we thought staying in the same location again would be a good idea but we were not impressed with this hotel at all

Good location close to many good eating places and easy to get to sightseeing spots of the city

The location was good & the staff were nice.

That they didn't clean our room in 4 days. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous, the smell was vulgar. Poor air con, in desperate need of a re-vamp

The staff was super friendly and nice. Late night check in was possible. Communication in English was good. We could also book tours and busses there, which makes it super easy for travellers/backpackers. The room was clean. The location is great. There is also a party area not far away, but the hotel itself was quiet and we slept well.

While the room was overall very clean, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom.

- Very specific for our room, there was a super annoying sound every time we flushed the toilet (15-20 seconds) - The breakfast could need some variation (but it was fine, though)

Everything is wonderful. Staffs are supper friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean , ac , hot water, wifi ... are working well. Location is excellent, near Ben Thanh market, walking street, shopping malls, restaurants.... I had a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh city, definitely come back...

Thomas the owner was probably one of the friendliest hotel owners I have met. Helped us in more ways than one. booked all our tours for us, attended to our compliants instantly. Hot water heater not working, replaced by a brand new one the next day. I forgot my USD 100 deposit with him, he reminded me and returned me. Thumbs up !

Hotel is located at the back of a building so first night we could not find it as there is no main road fronting it. Just need to turn round the corner walk a few meters to locate. After first night, no problem at all. But perhaps good to let new customer be aware.

Clean and good room, helpful and nice staff, they sell tours, tickets.... Will stay here again.
