Easy check in. Location is good. Walking distance to a lot of places.

Leakage from above the bathroom ceiling is really bad. The Hotel staff should have known about this and block the above room till the issue has been fixed. The breakfast items are great only if dining early. Some items will not be refilled or get cold.

Good breakfast with authentic Vietnamese noodles soups, tropical fruits. Daily complement water bottles.

Construction and dog barking noises at night.

Good hotel ...good breakfast great location and I used to say great swimming pool. Stayed here many times over the past 15 years during visits here.

The ambience of the rooftop pool area has been ruined by the placement of an ugly wartime helicopter mounted over the pool .The pool itself was often cloudy and murky and the surrounds were not kept clean with mould cigarette butts overflowing ashtrays and other filth a daily occurrence. I had to bring it to the intention of hotels staff on many occasions during our 10 day stay .

Great location. Nice large room. Very good value for money. Staff very nice in general.

Rooftop was constantly in use for special functions while we were there so not available as a bar, pool was often out of bounds, noisy at night and generally felt not welcoming for hotel customers. Door to fire escape left propped open on our floor which caused havoc with the air conditioning.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

The facilities were not really usable. PoolNeeded cleaning, gym was unusable. Breakfast was average

The breakfast buffet does not have many choice. I suggest that they should improve it and include more options that suit tourists especially from Arabic countries.

Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was ok, kept having to ask for refresh of buffet. Food was not hot. Pool area was very cluttered with chairs from bar. Glass around pool was not clean.

The pool was dirty. The staff in the pool & bar are were most unfriendly. The bedding was too small for the bed.

This location opposite the park is perfect. The Panorama rooms overlook a massive green belt. The proximity to amazing street food markets, Notre Dame, the Japanese restaurants, and brilliant local eateries like Hoangs right around the corner. 150,000 VND direct route to the airport.100% recommend this hotel.There's an all night bar beside the pool on the top of the building.

The walls are not soundproof and the floor coverings are pretty cheap

Very close to all attractions. Walking distance to Saigon River and District 1 area. Food eateries galore, and 7-11 down the road for extras. Rooms were big and views were amazing. Very quiet area, considering you are in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Breakfast was good, but served the same food each day. Could of had more variety, but overall it passed the fussy eater.

We were delighted to get a room upgrade and wow, it was fabulous. The bedroom was large and the bathroom was the height of luxury, with a jacuzzi bath, his and her sinks and a Japanese toilet with a remote control. We felt quite spoiled.The buffet breakfast was good with a wide choice of Vietnamese and Western food. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very helpful.We would definitely return

The rooftop pool was okay but would have benefitted from some more loungers for relaxing.

Pool area was OK and great for sunsets, but like the rest of the Hotel, needs maintenance. Location was excellent for local attractions and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

This hotel must be struggling to keep it's four star status, the rooms are shabby with missing grout, wallpaper peeling, some stuck back with sellotape, weak water pressure, and sloppy paint work. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam.

I liked the location

I requested a wake up call and I didn’t get one. I requested a take away breakfast to be ready in the morning at 5:50am, as I had to leave early for the airport and I was advised that it will be arranged. However, it was not ready in the morning, as there was no record of my request from the night before. Thankfully the member of staff at the desk at a time went to organise one for me.Then I was offered a taxi service by a person parked outside of the hotel, who came into the hotel and it appeared he was linked to the hotel. The car was parked on the pavement outside the hotel and off the public road. I was prepared to pay an extra cost for convenience of not ordering a taxi. When I got into the car, the driver advised me that the fee will be $30. I knew from my previous trip that it should be much less. I didn’t proceed with this journey and requested hotel staff to book a formal taxi. The charge to get to the airport from the hotel was $7. I was appalled that the hotel management allows scammers like that to operate near their hotel.

The rooftop pool, the included breakfast, et location. Cleaning staff is excellent.

No lights were turned in the hallway to get to the pool and the fitness center. Fitness center needs updating.

great location close but not noisy, good room

Buffet was nothing like pictures..fruit was dry and old looking..not much food selection..some food was cold and not replaced such as hash browns..when I told them it’s cold they offered to heat up in frying pan used to make omelettes
