The room smelled of damp and gave me a bad cough I think the air conditioning has never been serviced. One night we had no water and another the lift was out of action. They failed to clean the room and we had to actually go to reception and ask. The day staff were totally uninterested the only saving grace was the night guy who was a nice guy.
Rooms were a little dated, pillows might need to be replaced as they were a little stained, but the staff were so beautiful, the room was lovely and cool - a must have in Saigon! The location was perfect and the staff were beyond amazing! Would definitely return! Thank you for having us!

The staff were nice and the massage offered in the main level was good and affordable. The location is nestled in District 1, close to many tourist destinations. No noticeable noise from the main road even though you're located right on it.
The bathroom has a terrible smell coming from it, as well as lingering mildew/mold smell in the room. The toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit sideways to use it, made worse by the fact the toilet seat was falling off. You could feel all the springs in the mattress, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The TV had poor picture quality with quite a bit of static. The room wasn't particularly clean, especially under the bed. Was woken up both mornings around 8 AM as housekeeping loudly began organizing their supplies by the staircase. I did not have the issue in my room, but other guests had cockroaches. Quite disappointing considering the price.

Back of walking st so a little quieter, don't expect the ritz, basic accommodation at basic prices. Hot shower & strong WiFi, Bue Vien st is 2 min walk. Staff are friendly & will help you out. You're in Hcm so expect to pay a little more. Room was basic & reminded me of old town Jerusalem back in the day, worth £11 a night for a solo traveller.

I've stayed at many places in Saigon and this by far the best hotel for the price range. Modern design rooms, very nice and clean. Bed sheets and pillow are very comfy. Location is 10/10
