Property is near to all major attraction, restaurants nearby easy to get grab . The breakfast team Mr Vu is awesome & all the staff are very friendly. Free refill water and coke . Elevator is not busy wifi is great

Only minor problem water shower in bathroom will scattered all over if u use shower but thats ok. Tv does t work but its ok

The worse experience. They confirm us they had the room ready when I called from the airport. When we arrived, they said they were booked , they offered another hotel , well at midnight , you have no many options. We went to the new hotel , they only had a room in the attic, under construction, full of materials and dirt … the bathroom was broken and flooded .. TERRIBLE NIGHT , they charged us and promised another hotel that never became available.

Good value, nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. No breakfast, which was fine for our schedule.

Shower was weird because it was the whole bathroom and the hot water was limited, but its survivable.

Walking distance to major tourist sites.ATM nearby. Hoang Kitchen is beside it. A lot of massage place nearby as well.I want to thank the guy from front desk in helping me out. I had a minor accident and he was very helpful in looking for nearby hospital. I will definitely come back here next time.

Not much really location was good

The so called good breakfast was well below par.The pics they show you of the restaurant and breakfast must be from somewhere else because they are not from the Pink Boutique HotelOf that I'm sure. They say they are new photos to try and hoodwink you. The shower drains onto the toilet floor as there none in the shower.Just give it a wide berth

This hotel is perfectly located to the main attractions in HCM city. Great restaurant right next door. Free mini bar and facilities. They changed towels daily. And provide toothbrushes, tooth paste and combs. Breakfast starts very early from 630 so if you have the tours early in the morning, you can get a coffee and a good breakfast. close to the hotel there are tourist offices to book tours (Vietnam adventures are quite good as we weren't disappointed with our tours). I booked mine before i came to vietnam but the hotel also offers some tours. We weren't interested since I had paid mine already. Good ac in the room :) the hotel also provides a kettle and the coffee sachets called saigon coffee is also very good. They have a lift so don't worry if you have big luggage. I would recommend :)

Breakfast was ok. Very limited choice on breakfast.

Bath room : the shower didn't have a drain itself! So, when showering, the water was flowing towards the bathroom/the toilet to reach the drain under the sink! There was no power plug in the bathroom at all! So.to dry your hair you have to do it in the room near where the fridge is, or at the side of your bed with no mirror around this area. There's no Air vent in the bath room.So you have to keep the bathroom window open! Towels hanger is on the top of the toilet seat! Airconditioning was very old too. In total it was a very poorly set up and unsafe bathroom!!

Everything. The staff especially Nic was so helpful. The room with fantastic views, the thick soft pink towels, the free bar in the room. The freshly made breakfast. The sift comfortable bed and a good size bedroom . The area with real ale bars around. All tourist spots museum, palace all being walking distance. Being close to the market.Would definitely come back here everything was just perfect

The hotel location was perfect, close to all the places of interest, markets, shops and restaurants. The choice of breakfast was pretty good and we received the little bar fridge refilled daily, as part of the room price.All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room's price was half the cost of all the other surrounding hotels.

The only downside was the bathroom floor, which flooded every time we had showers and the outside noise was very loud until late at night. Otherwise, everything else was great for that money.

Needs a complete revamp. Little more than a hostel.

We arrived to a nice boutique reception, which says ‘LUXURY’, unfortunately this does not follow into the rooms. The rooms old fashioned, putting a few cheap pink accessories does not make it ‘boutique’. The bed uncomfortable, new mattresses needed. Shower door let water all over floor, no bath mat so very slippery. Very noisy both location, guests and staff (staff cleaning noisily on our 1st night at 11p).. This is at best a 2 star.

The staff at the hotel reception desk are very kind. The room was large enough, there was hot water in the shower. The quality of the food at breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is also good, close to Ben Thanh market and to Ben Nghe area

1. Do not book a standard room! I had booked one and, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that, since their standard room has no window, they were willing to spontaneously offer me a free upgrade to a "superior" room with a window. I was happy to accept the offer, especially because I wonder if it is even legal for a hotel to provide rooms without window;2. The mattress was not quite a comfortable one. It looks like an old style spring mattress rather than a mattress of a newly renovated hotel;3. Every time you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. Indeed, although there is a shower stall in the bathroom, the water drain is located OUTSIDE the shower stall, just under the sink. A hole has been made in the shower stall to lead the water to the drain under the sink (see picture). After the bathroom gets floooded, it takes a while to dry because the bathroom window cannot be opened (see picture). As a whole, a quite strange solution, considering that the hotel has been recently renovated. Acceptable maybe for a homestay, not for a hotel.4. Breakfast. The food itself is good, but the selection is quite poor. Only two choices are available: beef soup with rice noodles or scrambled egg with bread. Very disappointing when compared to breakfast selection variety of all other hotels in Vietnam where I was;5. Before my arrival, I wanted to settle my pickup from the airport. However, contacting the hotel was really difficult. They never answered on the phone number provided in the Booking.com page of the hotel. I tried to contact them via message, again through the Booking.com page, but they only replied some days later, when I was forced to notify the Booking customer service. In my entire journey in Vietnam, whenever I had to contact hotels or homestays, I always received answers within a few hours, while at the Pink Hotel they seem to ignore that they have to check the Booking.com messages by customers;6.
