Traveling with my partner, we felt the space was intimate and well-suited for a comfortable stay together. Evenings were fun—local food spots within walking distance, local vibe without the hustle of downtown.

They arranged for another hotel.

They didn't keep our reservation. We arrived a bit late but they had given our room to someone else.

The area is a bit far away from the downtown and the hustle and bustle, which is actually great for me. You can find all necessary shops, restaurants and markets around you. The room I booked was good, big, had a window and the bathroom was quite nice. There was no soap for washing your hands though

At first I was given a standard room and not the one I booked because it was 'broken', I did got compensated ofcourse, but that room is like a jail room. No windows and so you won't know if it's day or night. There was also no hot water in that room. Also it had nothing to do with the hotel, but there was construction nearby and it was loud in the room. But again, not the hotel's fault

Good location & nice staff

Furniture is a bit old, reception is dark in evening.

The mattress was like sleeping on a waterbed and not in a good way. The reception was not manned our entire stay, in-fact no staff present at all

The bed was a bit too hard but everything else was perfect.

It was truly one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City.The hotel is in a great location—convenient, easily accessible, and close to everything you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help with a smile. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond. It’s rare to experience such genuine and thoughtful hospitality.The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. It was also quiet and had a great setup for remote work, which made my stay even more pleasant.The neighborhood is lively and diverse, with countless restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines—from local Vietnamese dishes to international flavors. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafes, and essential services just a short walk away.I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Decent location.

When I arrived, after 3pm the room was not ready the host came out his room and said he needed 10 minutes to clean room. 5 minutes later my room was ready. To cock roaches on the floor no toilet paper. The mattress stank like someone who worked all day in the Vietnam heat and didn’t bother to shower. I could go on but you get the gist. I hate to write negative reviews but what else could I do. It’s the truth.

It was average overall.
