Garden Plaza Saigon - Formerly PARKROYAL Saigon

Friendly helpful staff. Location. Quiet.l

The room was spacious and clean. Think this was one of the best hotels that I stayed. I usually come to this city for business. Definitely want to come back again.

It has been excellent experience staying at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful, they accommodated my requests of late check-out. The restaurant was excellent, the breakfast spread was awesome and I had a delightful lunch.

Very nice older hotel near the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast there two.

Could use some updates to the room furniture.

Room was excellent with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Had dinner and breakfast and they were both wonderful. The bar service was excellent. They arranged our transfer to the airport which was great.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Large room with comfy bed. Clean and well maintained. Air conditioner worked well.

Shower over bath

Good location and affordable price. All the staff are friendly and professional.

Proximity to the airport and it is also not to far to District 1

Rooms are a good size, however they are starting to feel a little dated

Large comfortable room with all features. Separate shower area and bath tub. Excellent breakfast.

cleanliness can improve - there were small microbe like insects moving around the bed. Maybe unused room for a long time ?Electrical sockets don't work well. Converters to fit our gadgets could not be fitted.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was elegant. They called us in advance of our flight in the early morning and even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight.

Nothing. All was good.

Breakfast was excellent. lot of option was there.Airport was near to the hotel. approx. 10 minRoom was kept neat and clean.

everything was good... nothing to complaint.

Location was perfect for a one night stay close to the airport! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend.

Our stay was only for less than 12 hours due to flight delays , however the location close to airport was ideal, beds, pillows room temp very comfortable. Clean facilities. Room service was spot on delivering quickly and food was hot! Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. Staff super friendly and accommodating. The price was right!

This was a convenient hotel to stay for a night being so close to the airport. The restaurant was great with quality food and lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable.

Only a small a negative but really wanted a white wine with dinner and after choosing a couple of bottles they didn't have them in stock.

Great to have shuttle service to the mall. Friendly staff.

Should have a dedicated lounge for suite rooms or club rooms. Too many events - too many people at the lobby.

excellent airport shuttle service. Braekfast excellent. Cocktail hour and snacks excellent idea to get me out the room

15-20 min only from the Airport. Not sure the area around the hotel is walkable, but taxi was called by the staff and we returned to hotel after dinner in City Centre with the free shuttle service. Quiet room with very comfortable bed and flat TV

Close to the airport. Nice breakfast. Pool and gym. Spacious rooms and nice staff.

Room and bathroom could do with updating. Cupboard door was off it's hinges.

Perfect for what we needed, which was a stop over before a flight next day. Close to the airport and a few shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy, everything you need for a stop over. Allowed to use the facilities after check out while killing a few hours. But here’s a tip, get to HCMC airport at least 3 hours before any international flight is due, it’s chaos. Long check in lines but the main thing is the passport control, it’s just a free for all and some staff seem to process lines twice the speed of others.

Nothing to dislike

Perfect staff, clean, communication, service, gastronomy, location, support
