The room was fine. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom didn't work, but were repaired when notified.

The room came with a washing machine, but no detergent was available for purchase from the hotel. I had to walk in torrential rain to the store to purchase. It would be a good service to provide dtergent to guests - even if at an additional cost.

The hotel was well situated. Near restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful.

The door of the shower area in our room ( 208) does not close properly such that the water when you shower flows outside and cause the entire bathroom to be wet.

Nothing if any consequence maybe range of TV channels would be something to work (no aust ABC)

Clean room, fast wifi, good AC, and in an easy location to walk to both tourist and non-tourist locations

A little expensive for the area and in comparison to others

For once a property looked better than in the photos.Beds & pillows were comfortable.Room was spacious. District 3 ?

Good location, friendly staff, clean and spacious

No smart TV (Netflix, etc), no bathrobes, no Bluetooth speaker, no room service or food available after 10pm

Room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi for working. Loved the pool and gym. Good bars and restaurant opposite/next door

Convenient location and clean aesthetics.

The closet and flooring need some repair and maintenance.

Our room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The shower was great. Docore was nice. The pool was awesome!

My only very minor complaint would be street noise through the patio door. It didn't bother us, but if you need quiet it will not be the place for you. It was all good. I would suggest a water bottle refill station into the lobby.

Very spacious room, lovely neighbourhood , close to attractions.We also really liked the French restaurant on-site The pool and gym were great.Nothing was too much trouble for staff!

The location is perfect, not busy but central. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff very helpful and nice.

Great pool. Nice rooms. Quiet?. VG bed.

Gym is good for a hotel, but needs a double cable Machine. Annoying shower, to turn on rainfall you get a shot of cold water.

Great room layout for longer stays. I liked the bed a lot. Neighborhood was really fun, lots of live music.

The room was huge- we had a suite with a living area and a massive bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent- a great bar/ restaurant next door and a few steps from other restaurants, coffee shops etc... 15 minute walk into much busier areas. We used the pool area which was a little oasis.

Absolutely loved this hotel - modern, great area (away from the hub of the touristy area) with things to do on your doorstep. I would definitely recommend Sila, and if I ever return to Vietnam I'll stay here again.

Great location, easy facilities to access and the staff were unbelievably accomodating. Their English was absolutely superstar.

We booked for 1 week stay through booking.com it stated it included breakfast when we stayed, when we arrived staff advised we were only included breakfast for two days only and all else would have to be paid out of pocket. This should be stated clearer before booking.

Very solid 4 star hotel with good service and cleanliness, well designed and comfortable.

Décor lacked a little taste and imagination especially in the suite - but probably better for longer stays.

I booked Sila for the pool, the room with a small kitchen, proximity to the airport & some local restaurants I wanted to try. I heard they had comfortable beds and I am a gardener so I struggle in a soft bed. The bed was absolutely fantastic!! The place was very clean, all the staff were great.

The only thing I would suggest is that staff learn more about food intolerance - as I have coeliac disease I did ask if they could do gluten free for breakfast, I was assured yes but actually the food like sausages, bacon was served on a piece of white bread. This makes it unsafe for me to eat as I have coeliac disease. The start said to just eat the top ones but I avoided those. The fruits and omelette were great though.

The check-in experience is very bad. The lights flash at night, which is very uncomfortable. There are so many mirrors that I sleep very poorly. There is also noisy music in the morning. The waiter in that cafeteria has a very bad attitude. Discrimination. The room is very old, and the bathroom is very slippery. At this price, this hotel is really not worth it.

Great location, gym and pool were fantastic. Staff super friendly and accomodating. Restaurant was delicious.
