A real little hidden gem in a busy city!. I liked the way that although not directly in the centre everything was very convenient to reach,but importantly a very quiet and relaxing space! The attention to all needs were met very well,and as a solo traveller I felt so very safe.The staff,in particular An were so very caring and the service was always swift and efficient with a cheery smile eveytime I appeared back from a day out. The rooms were very clean and a relaxing environment after a busy hot day of traveling. A TV,kettle and fridge were provided too. The bed was comfortable and towels were replaced everyday if used.In conclusion as a solo female traveller I would advise this cosy,clean small hotel as a must,with friendly staff. The decor and feel were very relaxing ?. I would most definitely go back.

So great! Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. In a back street so its really quiet (important in a loud city). There is no elevator but the staff were so helpful in carrying bags.The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. An was amazing and so attentive. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the coffee was excellent, beyond expectations!The area is cool, lots of local food as well as a thriving Japanese community.Thank you for a great stay, I will be back ?

The hotel is in a really good location between Thao Dien and all the sites in D1. The surrounding streets are full of Vietnamese, food, culture and coffee shops. I lived in Ho Chi Minh City for a few years and this is definitely one of my favourite areas. The hotel room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is very nice. An - the receptionist/ host / manager was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. He cooked fresh Vietnamese breakfast every day.

Very happy with the hotel, the staff especially An was very helpful and friendly.

The location is too far from any attractions, there is nothing to entertain yourself within the hotel. Breakfast was average not much of a choice, after the 3rd day you were sick of eating the same thing.

The location is very nice, tucked away in a quiet corner and very good for sleeping. The property is charming and elegant in design. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful in every way possible.

It took a long time for the hot water to come in the shower but it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff but not syncked. We told we were vegan and one morning we got egg and bacon. But An was very kind and forwarding ;-) he fixed as a croissant ? early in the morning before leaving to the airport.

The Staff was so nice and kind. We had a very good time with An. He was so helpful. The room was little. Had no wifi there. But the balcony was pretty and we felt very comfy at white lotus. We would definitely come back

Amazing host, An who is extremely helpful. Location wise is great too, quiet and inside away from traffic.

An was very patient and gave me a lot of help—I’m truly grateful to him! The hotel runs its own bar, which is just 700 meters away from the hotel, and it’s quite nice.

Very clean room and hotel, nicely maintained, with lovely staff who were always helpful. An, in particular, was so kind and professional.

The hotel is in a busy area and it's difficult to cross the road safely as a pedestrian.

Beautiful interior with traditional Vietnamese design and nice ornaments on the walls. Venue is brand new, beatiful and shining. Many restaurants, shops and activity nearby.

I definitely was not pleased with my stay at this property and here's why1. I arrived from a long flight and could not find the venue, as the address was not indicated correctly on Google Maps and it took some time untill I could find2. There's no elevator, so be ready to go up and down 3-4 floors every time to reach your room3. Room was super tiny and felt claustrophobic. If you have a middle shaped body - you will feel uncomfortable in your room 4. Breakfast opens a very small selection of dishes with super tiny portions. Better not offer at all! I was expecting a buffet for this price!5. Found a lot of ants in my bed although the balcony door was closed all the timeYou can find a lot of WAY better venues for almost 40$ per night in Saigon in the same area or D1

The Property is new, well designed with Indochine style, nice staffs and services. Location is convenient in hearts of city

The property is newly refurbished, so the decor is fresh and modern. Its location is also perfect being just a 10 minute Grab ride to most Saigon attractions. It also has a vibrant local restaurant and bar scene just a short walk away.

Not really a dislike. But seeing the hotel had just opened for guests, the cafe/bar in the foyer was still being setup. So will get to enjoy that next time.

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff, especially An was going above and beyond to meet all our requests and make us feel at home.
