Quý Hùng Hotel - City Centre

Great location and comfortable room. Good value for this area esp with bath. Lovely staff

Not a huge issue but room size was smaller than advertised. (I’m an architect)

The room was more comfortable than I expected. Clean, relaxing, and well set up for a short stay. The bathtub was a really nice touch

Grab works great here, so rides to the airport or anywhere in town were fast, convenient, and affordable.

Staff was extra nice, very helpful and friendly.

No desk in my room

I loved the staff at the hotel he helped us to move our lugagges from lobby to room and back to taxi. He was very polite and humble. He guided us to roam the city tour and gave all the required information.

Can improve the room cleanliness

We did like the location near to the city center.

Bad they promised a room with a bathroom and we did not have..the pictures show good quality but our room was not that clean, moisture on the roof, the bathroom losing water everywhere...we found a lizard and ants in the bathroom. The frigo was not working .

Disappointing

I had booked a superior queen room but was offered a room on the 7th floor (701) with the walls in unpainted condition. The other room offered was on the ground floor. When I declined the ground floor unit. I was given room 602 which I had to pay additional. 250k dong and taken as an upgrade. Both rooms were estimated not more then 150 sq ft in total. The TV in 602 was not working at all and is no larger then 24 ".Both rooms are definitely unlike in this photo in term of size, and facilities and comfort.

Passable

Not a very nice room. Next to reception desk and window with no natural light

The lady that received me is very friendly, everything was ready and clear for my arrival. Quiet location

Easy check in. Good location ,clean apartment. WiFi worked well.Very quiet

The staff were very friendly. The location is just right in the central.

The air-conditioning was old and noisy. The room wasn't as illustrated as in the pictures, felt abit being lied to. The room have water marking, and the towel was abit too small.

The room is spacious and hardly any outside noise. The staff is helpfull and kind. The beds are soft and comfortable.

Great location and very charming. Clean and a great staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Very cool location, close to lots of things, but still in a quiet street. Great location, staff are really friendly and nothing is a problem for them.

Good location. Close to markets and shops.

1. Tried to give us a cheaper room than we booked2. Amenities in poor condition and stained towels

Disappointing

I made the reservation for a superior room. The first night, they put me in a room below standard. They changed me, but the picture doesn't correspond. The room was dirty and with ants. I also saw a cockroach in the room. Only one girl spoke English, the rest no.

Room was nice, I loved the bath and in a very good location

It needs a little updating, room seemed a little old

Great location and friendly staff

Old hotel that require urgent upgrades. The mattress in my room is so unsupportive I ended up with shoulder and neck pain.

The location is good.

The only advantage of this place is its central location. Other than that, the room was terrible and nothing like the photos on Booking. It looked creepy. I think even Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs was better. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere, everything was messy, there were holes in the floor, no hot water, and the shower was directly above the toilet. I believe the price and quality do not match at all, and the place looks awful.

A great place. My second time, same room. Layout & facilities very pleasing. Balcony is a top feature. Very big & fantastic view. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Everything else you need within a short walk.
