The hotel is small but new. Room is super comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very nice. A room like this is even much better than some old 5-star hotels downtown. Highly recommended.

Great location to walk to that's near the pink church, the saigon central post office, nguyen hue street, ben thanh market is only 13 mins away. There's also a 7-11 eleven around the corner with a bunch of restaurants and bars. Great location overall. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the free bottle of waters every day when they would clean my room.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel and room was so clean and really comfortable. All in all an exeptional experience in this hotel.

Slow checkout requiring room check - room was left in perfect condition. Guest watching clips on phone at breakfast disturbing the peace and quiet. Was allowed to take food to room so all good.

Exemplary service, the bell person met us at our taxi carried our bags. Bookings were made on our behalf. Modern decor with lots of heat protection.

The location is great for local sightseeing and lots of great places to eat. The breakfast was a bit limited but ok. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. Overall very good value and I would definitely stay again

Breakfast was a bit basic, more choice of fruit and no sugar yoghurt. I would have liked a choice to tea and some wider bread choices

The location was pretty good.

The breakfast was limited and the quality was poor. As an example, for the Western breakfast,even cereal was not available and there was no butter for toast. In addition, as there were two of us, a surcharge was applied--beware, the room price includes breakfast for only one occupant---and the surcharge was substantial, about $11 for a really bad breakfast.The hotel is poorly constructed. We could hear even the safe opening and closing in the adjacent room. And there were stone stairs nearby and every time someone used the stairs, we could hear the clattering. Also, the maids cleaned the room above us at 8:30AM and when they moved the chairs around, we heard a very annoying grating noise. By and large the staff was young and enthusiastic, though not the most professional.

Very comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Breakfast was perfect, great selection without being overdone. Location is very central, about 10-15 min walk from most places. Definitely recommend for you stay for Ho Chi Minh.Staff very friendly and great service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service provided by Jayden, Tris and Daniel. Room furnishings look new. Very clean. Location was good. Walking distance to most sights. Buffet breakfast was good; food variety was ample.

No hooks outside the shower area to hang towels or clothes. Everything else is perfect.

Laundry service a bit exp- we opted for a local laundry service which turned out very cheap and by the kg. Breakfast was OK. For the price we paid it was decent breakfast

Small window in bathroom should be covered. :) Otherwise the light is coming out at night.

Spacious and beautiful room layouts, on-the-floor staff were always friendly and helpful. Buffet was included but could have had better tasting dishes and more variety. Great water pressure and very comfortable stay overall!

• Only one elevator• No pool• Buffet could be a lot better• Miscommunication by the Guest service department who were organising our transport to the airport. We had clearly stated 12 people numerous times before our booking (they also had the invoice for 12) and they blamed us for apparently only stating 8 and our luggages when the driver they hired only let 8 people on then we had to book two grabs on our own expense- almost making us miss our flight. Super stressful and unorganized on their part.

Loved our stay at the Kin Hotel. Facilities and room were modern and staff were extremely attentive and kind. Staff also went above and beyond to provide me a cake for my birthday which was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!
