- Did not warn it was across the street from a music festival when booking. The concert went to 1130PM (from 10am), it was so loud the whole room was vibrating. Then the power went out for over 30 minutes after. Staff told us elevator was working just fine, as soon as we got in it shut down and we were stuck. By the morning there was no hot water. Horrible experience.
- It's somewhat hot for the meeting area in lobby. It's better to provide drinks or water (free or not free) when people have meeting there.

Nice quite location. Stayed in Ibis during weekend. Just to escape from the center. Nice mall in walking distance. Food all type of cuisine is just around. Rooms clean comfortable.
In the morning cleaning and other staff are really noisy, with the walkie talkies. I think it is really common in Vietnam.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the SECC expo center, which was very convenient for the purpose my stay in Saigon. The room was pretty large and comfortable and equipped with all necessary commodities. The restaurant offered some good selection of European and Vietnamese cuisine.

The housekeeping staff is not clean ; I suspect my usd 1000 was stolen by someone from the cleaning crew but i can’t prove anything as there is no cctv camera inside d room.
The property is in a quiet and very safe area of HCMC.If you don’t like the hustle and bustle of district 1 and want to be in a different area- this isn’t a bad place to stay
The bathroom is a tad small
Near SECC and Crescent mall, and many restaurants around here. The staff are very kind and patient, also fluent in English.
Sound insulation is a little bit poor, but this didn't disturb me much.

The two beds” room, the single bed size is too small. It would be better to change to bigger one.
