We got here early but were allowed to stay until check in, the staff were helpful too. Our bed was good and the room had a fridge, desk and tv as well as ample storage.

Everything here was great. Friendly staffs. Clean place with decent price. Love this hotel.

This hotel cheat people, booking already mentioned the price inculde vat, but for when asked invoice the charge additional 8%. Basically if you are a business traveller they will thief 8% extra to issue invoice from you. Business travllers be careful and avoid this scam hotel.

The staffs are helpful. Easy check in and check out. The location is really convenient. lots of nearby restaurants and you can just walk your way to the bus stops..

It would be better if the rooms are sound proof because its a bit disturbing when you can hear even the telephone ringing from the adjacent rooms.

Relatively clean, location is good in comparison with the price and available facilities, the staff are helpful, there are elevators and many businesses nearby like coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

There was a lot of noise from what sounded like air conditions or water pumps, not sure exactly. It didn’t show during the day on the first day then got really bad in the upcoming days. In the shower, there’s a small window through which others could probably see the occupants during nighttime when the lights are on.

The location was decent for getting to see the sights we wanted to see however there's not much to eat in the surrounding area for breakfast especially.

We asked for an airport pickup which they advertised but were told to just getting a taxi ourselves. The hotel could do also do with a revamp, rooms were old and dated with dirty marks on walls, furniture and even curtains. I say "rooms" because we had to move rooms. Our door lock started making a noise in the middle of the night, we called the desk and someone just came and took out the batteries. We had a tour early the next day and were told to leave the door unlocked. When we came back the batteries had just been put back in and it wasn't fixed. We had to call someone several times to look at it/replace batteries etc. before they moved us to a different room. No one offered to help us move our belongings and the second room was in equal condition except the bath had a burn mark. Honestly wouldn't have minded but this was our most expensive and poorest value stay after a month in Vietnam.

Location good for market, ok to walk to main attractions. Room comfortable but limited facilities on site. Staff able to provide some assistance depending on language. No breakfast but options around the area.

The hotel is well located for the tourist area but not so close that it is part of that chaotic noisy scene. It’s also round the corner from the Fine Arts Museum which is definitively worth a visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I booked the largest and most expensive room, but the air conditioner was broken. I was shown another room, but it was small and the bathroom had only a shower. There was no hot water for the shower, so I washed my body with water. It was cold.

The room is big and the bathroom too ! Loved itThere is a small kitchen which we didn't use but was convenient.I loved that there was a big window which allows to have a lot of daylight.The hotel is near the touristic area so it is convenient. Walking distance from almost everything.

The personnel was not friendly, just doing their job. They don't care about you at all lol they don't even say hiFrom our room we could hear anything and conversation happening in the hallway. That is bothering if you have trouble sleeping. Take earplugs.

The reception was rude and not welcoming. The bed was hard and you can hear noise from outside.

The hotel accepted our booking for a room for 3 people. But just one day before our arrival, it contacted to say there would be no such room and offered two rooms with higher price or free cancellation. We don't like this kind of action. They should honor every business agreement.
