Convenient location

No reception and lack of instruction

We liked the location, views, balcony and beds were comfy.

I arrived to check-in at 9:00 pm due to a delayed flight, but the staff was still able to assist me promptly and efficiently. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils and very comfortable.

I have stayed here many times and like it. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious. It’s very quiet. Wifi works well.

The first night was in a room where the aircon was on super cold the whole night, so we were freezing. But very nice staff upgraded us for the remains stay and solved it very nicely.

The suite was great value, given the current lack of visitors to Saigon. Super helpful staff and a good size, shaded pool. Location is excellent seeing the sites, and within walking distance of Pizza 4P's, which is a must if you visit Saigon.

The room is stunning with modern furniture. When I first enter the room I was absolutely impressed by the cozy look and everything is organized very clean and perfect. If I have chance will comeback this place in the future.

Good location but no reception available. If you need to store your luggage, they don’t have this service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tracy Sailing Tower. The staff was very kind and mindful. They recommended us some very nice places. When we ever come back to Ho Chi Minh city we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was convenient, there are some eateries at walking distance, very helpful receptionist ? I was travelling alone and security was my top priority, and it has it. There’s a little kitchen and bathroom was perfect! Amenities are good too!

I has come to HCM city for many times but Ariosa is always my best choise for staying. The staffs were really friendly and helpful with all our requests. The room was clean with lots of facilities. Amazing location, nice and luxury design.

Very spacious for 5 people. Comfortable beds. Spare bed in the living room for the 5th person. Has washing machine and dryer. Tracy the host was also very accomodating with our request

The plumbing in the shower was bad where it kept flooding.

Great location, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Friendly and accessible hosts.

The view across the city was great.

The second bedroom did not have any windows.The furnishings in the first apartment were shabby.We were booked for 4 nights but received a message on the second night saying we would have to move to a different apartment.We were told it was an upgrade as our apartment was being sold.But we had booked a 'deluxe' apartment anyway.We did move and the second apartment furnishings were better but still no window in the second bedroom and confused communication regarding the access cards.In summary it all felt very disorganised and the apartments left us disapointed.
