Incredibly rude owner. No running water, interrupted by staff in the middle of the night, no AC. Total rip off.

Price. Location. It was very central for walking. Close to food and markets

Worst room ever

My room was too loud because of the music playing on walking street. I asked staff to change my room, but they refused to do it. My room was paid and I had to book another room for the night,because it was impossible to sleep in the room they gave me.

Good location and decent price for what you get, nice staff

The pictures of the hotel were very different to the actual hotel, it wasn’t clean and the music from the strip was so loud I didn’t sleep at all as it went on until 6 am, but if you just need a room to sleep after a crazy night out on the strip it might be a good idea

Friendly staff.

The bed was hammered together from various pieces of older furniture but luckily made it. Blanket was without sheets. Bathrooms was fine, just paint peeled off the walls a bit. At night, one appears here in the middle of the party street that goes on till morning hours. Paper-thin walls and single-glass window gives noone a chance to sleep. Combined with daytime hammering in the next door property makes this place a real "paradise".

Location is ok... But hotel too near bui vien walking street

The hotel overbooked on 1st night and we had to go another hotel and subsequent nights I was promised back rooms that are more quiet but they gave me rooms facing the bui vien street and music pumping till 5am...

Right at the walking street and quite loud. Consider that while booking because you have some trouble of sleeping.

Location is perfect in the middle of all the action in Ho Chi Minh. But if you don’t like much noise, you should avoid this area.
