Very clean , neat , comfortable and a lovely ambiance in this beautiful treed shady street ??. The room and bed very very comfortable ??

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and cozy, the TV worked perfectly, and the view from the window was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent — it became scalding hot at times, which was quite dangerous. I would also recommend offering a wider selection of pillows for better sleeping comfort. Lastly, the room was not very soundproof — I could clearly hear loud karaoke from the nearby neighborhood at night, which made it hard to rest.

Wonderful location in District 7 very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by Korean food. Staff very helpful and I got free laundry.

They serve breakfast but the menu changes daily and often is unknown. You have to make reservations a day before which is awkward when you dont know whats being served. Fortunately plenty of coffee shops in the area to explore. Vietnam is the second largest exporter of coffee next to Brazil.

Only the girl lily at reception. She was so kind and friendly to help us except of her everything else was acceptable.

The water drainage pipe was blocked in the toilet. Bed was so uncomfortable.
