99 Bui Vien Hotel (Boutique)

The hotel id in the center of the Bui Vien neighborhood. Bars and nightclubs everywhere. I didn't expect it to be so loud. My mistake. It is great if that's what you want. But the hotel staff (Nhu) was great. She help arrange currency exchange and travel arrangements for our group.

Everything, there was a smell that was everywhere, elevator, hallways, reception, rooms - gross

the hotel is affordable yet offers excellent service and cleanliness, will definitely come back

the location is perfect! right in the heart of Bui Vien Walking Street, surrounded by amazing food and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable...i love itt

They cleaned my room every day, changed the towels, and made the bed nicely. Everything was super clean, and I could tell the staff really paid attention to the little details. It always felt fresh and comfortable.

cozy and well-decorated rooms with a nice city view. despite being in a lively area, the stay was surprisingly peaceful

The staff was super helpful, they helped me plan my itinerary, book tours, and find cool places to visit. Their recommendations were perfect and really made my trip better. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bathroom being too small, noisy at night as it is on the busiest party area.

Location is perfect for night life. ?

It is impossible to fall asleep before 4 am.Very noisy outside. The room needs renovation. Everything is shabby.The furniture is probably from the 90s. An unconnected phone is thrown into the drawer of the nightstand. Also from the 90s. And so on.

The location is perfect. Amazing food stalls down the allys here. Loved that the room was still quiet for busy location. Staff were amazing

Bathroom facilities need a bit of love.I think people smoke in the building as there was always a musky smell throughout. WiFi was a little temperamental - minor

Extremely disappointing stay. As expected, the place was medicore and didn't fully match the photos online, as expected in Asia.We had some of our belongings (bathroom products) removed while out for a day - we don't know of they just threw them out, stole them, or what - i kindly asked and they were no help. Apart from the product cost loss ($80), we were so worried they would throw out or take something else of ours so we left early as they were very rude about the whole situation.

The location is perfect if you want to be all night out partying

The hotel is literally above a club. Impossible to sleep till 5am in morning. It's way too loud seems like you are sleeping inside the speaker

It is a good location for those who like night-life

The facilities overall are not good. The hotel is in the middle of noisy Bui Vein Street. The staff should be more professional in dealing with the customer's needs. The furniture is broken in the room. These are some examples.

The staff are really helpful and friendly.

If you don't have plan to enjoy night life all night long, don't choose that location. Sounds from the bars along the street will disturb you the whole night.
