helpful staff. great location. I rent for 1 day due to issues in the original place. so just need a quiet place to sleep in the town. so no complain.

The staff is very friendly and kind and waited for us past midnight because out flight got delayed.

The basin and showers seem to be blocked as the water is not flowing. The air conditioning is a bit difficult to adjust the air flow and temperature.

The location was pretty good - quite near one of the main markets. It was up a little alley which was nice enough, but fair warning that when it rains, the entire alley is ankle deep in water -- there's no way around it and cars can't drive in to drop you at the door! The staff were very keen to help, stored our luggage, arranged the airport shuttle, and were always available to answer questions. Bathroom was fine - decent water pressure, mostly hot water.

The room was very inexpensive -- we were just staying one night in transit before getting a place home -- so we were not expecting much, however, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was clean enough to not be a concern, but there were bit clumps of other peoples hair in the main room, floating about the place. Just a bit off putting.

Due to the narrow lane. The taxi can't drop off directly outside the hotel. Balcony is quite useless tho it's filled with air-conditioning condensers.

Very nice bathroom. Bed was good. Projection tv was unique. Room was quiet.

The location was convenient, with Benh Tranh Market just around the corner and plenty of food options nearby. Communication with the staff was good, they were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions.

Based on the pictures online we expected a new or renovated hotel. While the room itself matched the pictures, it felt somewhat staged, as the rest of the hotel (including batroom and common areas) appeared old and dated. The hotel is located in a narrow, dark alley, which may feel uncomfortable for first-time visitors to Vietnam. Although Netflix is advertised, it is only usable if you already have an account that works locally, so we were unable to use it. The bedding fabric was a shiny synthetic material that was uncomfortable and affected our sleep. With this heat I feel that a cotton fabric is more appropiate.Overall, it didn't match our expectations based on the listing. This is just our personal experience (40's-50's couple), and it may suit travellers with different priorities.

The room was neat and tidy , most important it was very safe . The room was cozy and the hotel is located in a prime area and everything was at a walkable distance . Not forgetting the amazing staff they were extremely good and rendered excellent services .

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Really appreciate the friendly and warm staff, easy to communicate with :) The wi-fi connectivity and shower was excellent and there is also a Google TV, easy for us to watch our shows. It’s a very convenient location for us to shop and also eat halal food. It is also within walking distance in many tourist spots in Ho Chi Minh like Ben Thanh Market & Saigon Square

Sometimes there’s ants but other than that it’s a comfortable stay.

Rooms were spacious and came with silk bedding. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any queries or issues we had and location was in a great place to get around to anything.

The water temperature and pressure wasn't great on the first night, we spoke to reception about this and they were up in an instant to try and fix it however there was nothing they could do about it. However with the heat outside it was tolerable to have a colder shower.

This hotel is a good budget hotel suitable for young couples or business travelers. Location is quiet as the hotel is situated at an alley way, away from the main road. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Water heater and aircon works and they have very stable WiFi.

Perhaps the cleanliness could be better. My room has some ants and the floor was a bit dirty. The mattress is also not as supportive and firm.

The roon was entirely different to the phots.. the location was a hidden back alley and did nothing to inspire safety or confidence. The room invoked second class hooker space and we left the first night. Not for us.

The staff is very very kind and helpful. One of the staff even help us to carry our 40kg bag by hand from the hotel to the gate.. they also offer us to wrap our baggage . The room was big enough with space for us to perform prayerLocation wise is strategic with no noise and this allow us to have good quality sleep.

The staff are great, spoke English fluently, always said good morning and were very helpful.The rooms are large. We had a room with balcony, the balcony is useless but it's worth it to have natural light. I presume some of the rooms inside do not have windows, which is standard for the hotels in vietnam like this.The location is central and just off the main road so it's quiet which was a big bonus, a lot of hotels are on main roads and noisy. If you have heavy bags you do need to walk about 40m down a small street where cars won't fit. But should you really be travelling with more than you can carry or wheel for 2 minutes.They don't come into your room unless you ask for cleaning or something. I dislike when hotels just send in cleaners whenever, so I quite liked we just had to ask for a room clean or towels, and they were happy to help.There is also a cute French bulldog that sometimes is about at reception.

Nothing not to like for the price. If I was being picky, I'd say the rooms are a little bit older than the photos depict, but nothing a bit of TLC wouldn't fix.

Comfortable, everything worked properly, slept well, close to the centre but not disturbed by noise.

The staffs very helpful. We seeked for assistance in finding shops, they shared us quite a list. We checked in as early as 6am, one room only available yet its understandable as they dint expect we came earlier than expectation. We had to pay extra hours at a reasonable price for one room. Both of our rooms were upgraded. Although rooms have no windows but spacious. Bed was comfortable. No honking sound as the hotel was somewhat in an alley which made our sleep peaceful.

The hotel was not sound proof. We could smell all sort of cooking in the hotel. The room got ants. Cleanliness in the room were only on the surface. One of the room, the AC was leaking.

Water heater not well function.With the price paid they Not even provide free bottle of mineral waters which it is a basic.No iron provided in the room.Environment wise looks like a budget hotel while the price is not.

The first thing we liked was the warm hospitality of the lobby manager Mr Tom. The checkin was smooth and fast. The rooms were quite spacious and everything worked. The location was fabulous and all the sights were within walking distance.

Staff is fluent in English, easy to communication and location near Ben Thanh market and Saigon Centre.
