Eden Star Saigon Hotel

The entrance was amazing with the piano as the centre of the beautiful Chandelier .

Good service. Nice rooftop bar and pool.

Breakfast could be a little better. The same runny eggs and cut up "bacon" mini sausages every morning.

The location is great, it's pretty centralized. The breakfast food was pretty good.

The extra bed was so hard my daughter neck was hurting after sleeping on it. The bathroom was flooding when we took shower. Since we only stayed 1 night before our flight back to US, we didn't mind too much

Staff, breakfast, and the price

Good location and breakfast was good!

All staffs was very polite, and helpful.I will pick this hotel again ..?????????? of the service for them..

Best for the money! Excellent Breakfast

The staff.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful

We were offered a room upgrade on arrival however the bathroom had hair in it, moldy shower curtain and a wobbly bath. Also our bed was possibly broken as it was extremely noisy. Once we made staff aware they did move us to a new room.

Courteous, kind and friendly service. Centrally located. Rooftop bar and pool has amazing views of Saigon’s city lights. Clean amenities.

Very clean room, good breakfast and excellent location.

Location. Fast house keeping

No sound proof. Room outdated. Towels dirty.

Great location

My room was extremely noisy. Sound like lots of construction going on right above my room very early in the morning. My room view was terrible too

Everything

Location , staff , pool , rooms

- Self-serve filtered water in the lobby!- Bed and pillows super comfortable- Despite advertising strict visitor policies, I was able to have visitor after 10pm, they just have to show ID- EXCELLENT room service food. The pho, club sandwich, and fries are all delicious. - The bed and room were very sizable - Lobby has very strong AC- 2 free waters, peach drinks, and beers per day! - Gym above-average for Asia hotels. Lat pull down machine and up to 12.5kg dumbbells

- You have to manually turn the AC back on each time you re-enter room- Fast WiFi, but kind of annoying because you have to manually switch between 3 different networks when you go between lobby, restaurant, and room.- Shower water could be hotter.- Laundry prices were 50% higher than nearby comparable hotel. There’s 3 different conflicting sources of information about when you have to have laundry collected by to receive same-day return: welcome packet in room says 9am, the laundry bill folder says 12pm, the laundry paper says 2pm. My clothes were washed and folded well though. - Room cleaning was at 8:30am one morning. Seems too early.- Overhead lighting in the bathroom is bad for seeing your face (e.g., shaving)- Breakfast is okay, not great. Made-to-order omeletes are the best food option. Worst pineapple I ever had (super hard). No espresso machine, just drip coffee.

We like the hotel itself, the staffs and breakfast

Location is good, great and clean room, nice pool on the rooftop , nice breakfast

The hotel is a bit outdated, the breakfast was poor and not tasty. We settled for an omelet. The rooms we got were a bit outdated with an unpleasant smell - luckily we weren't in them much. The pool was relatively okay

Good location with a lot of restaurants in the area and not too far from the main tourist locations. The breakfast was good with a lot of verity. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

There was a little bit of construction going on during the day. For us it didn't matter because we went to explore the city.

Eden star was fantastic, the location, room, facilities, staff as specially Binh & Ivy the breakfast, rooftop bar and pool were all top class.
