The staff was amazing

Service was very good. Big Thanks to Kelly and Rachel who provided lovely service. The buffet was good.

Housekeeping when the servicing room was not that clean. The bathrobe they replaced in the room was very worn out, very teary. I did take it to Reception to replace a new one. The toilet was not cleaned properly when servicing the room. They forgot to replace toilet paper. So we used our own. It was all the little things that were not checked properly.

It is located so close to Bach Dang station, making it very convenient to go around the famous District 1 area. It is less than 10-minutes walk to the metro station to explore far away attractions, such as Suoi Tien. With a river-view room, it offers a perfectly private view of the fantastic fireworks, celebrating the New Year in Ho Chi Minh City, avoiding the traffic and crowds. Staff are also very helpful and attentive in helping guests.

I wish they used better toilet paper, similar to that at Pistachio Hotel in Sapa.

Ample room with great Air conditioning not only in the room but throughout. The bed was bug and comfortable for my husband and I very quiet The Breakfast was good and change a bit every day

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were lovely and our hotel transfer from the airport was great. The guys that picked us up were lovely

The only thing we could fault was the cold bacon at breakfast and when we tried to order room service they kept hanging up when answered but not a deal breaker, just a tad frustrating but we would stay again

The hotel is located in city centre. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a comfortable stay, but I feel the room price is slightly expensive.

Eat breakfast early. Although breakfast is available until 9:30 a.m., food warmers aren't refilled after 9.

Location was fantastic relative to attractions, dining, and nightlife. Rapid response to extra service requests. Housekeeping service excellent.Door hosts, front desk, and dining staff were also great!

Outside covered seating for Cafe 9 was not properly maintained especially during rainfall. It had leaks in the roof, which made only one table usable during recent rainstorm.

Great location next to the opera house. Big, clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

The walls are way too thin. I don’t even think that you can hear so much noise in your own home with people in the next room. Here it felt like they were sleeping right next to me in my bed

Good size room. Breakfast was adequate. Gym has limited facilities. Staff very helpful. View of river. Shower in bath.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, price was very reasonable.

Having to wait to check in, not possible before 2pm which isn’t great after travelling for 20 hours.

Perfect location - silent place but close to the city centre, friendly staff and clean rooms. Tasty breakfasts.

The room was bigger than normal. Great location. Breakfast great value, special mention to Giang and Son during breakfast for the outstanding service

Air-conditioning too loud. We did turn it off, but then it got too hot

The location l, room size and cleaniness

The pillows were soft and lumpy, the mattress was lumpy. Water pipes for shower suffered from water hammering. Could notcadvyst shower water temperature..Breakfast food was not the best even if a large variety.We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this is by far the worst experience.Aa if some new manager or company has taken over the running of hotel and is severely cist cutting.Finally noisy guests in breakfast area, playing clips off phone with no headsets.

Excellent customer service clean rooms. Location is exactly where you wanna be.

Maybe the way the shower drains is a little odd

Stayed in this hotel as the hotel I was staying in was fully booked one night, Aquari was a good backstop.

Breakfast was a little poor, would up eating out.
