Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon

Location and the staff were good.

The bathroom are very old style, it is time to renew them.

I spent 10 nights The room was fantastic , The breakfast Buffay was amazing, the staff even help me get my Covid test to return home within 24 hours on a Sunday, what did I like best everything. I feel like I¿ve gotten more than my moneys worth.

Located very centrally. Walking distance to many sites of interest and local restaurants. Staff in the level lounge very good

Excellent customer service and great ambiance of the hotel overall.

It is important to ensure if you use the hotel to provide transportation to and from the airport. Make sure it is confirmed via e-mail etc from the hotel way in advance before you arrive in country. Also we had loose electrical plugs in room they fixed.

Food service in the morning.

Did not always re-supply water and bathroom items.

Great hotel, convenient location, lovely comfortable bed and linen. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Eventhough we only stay for 1 night (to watch the NYE fireworks) KimChi and the rest of the staff are very accomodating!

Club level was great. Lounge is amazing.

I saw couple cockroaches in the common area.

No shower

The room was ok.

The hotel charged me twice for one room. They charged 1176$ once, stated that the transaction did not go throw while the money were taken from my bank account. And said it was a normal thing and happens to the clients(I am not sure what is normal though). So the hotel refused to provide the room unless I pay the second time 1176$. No one appologized for their mistake, no one provided any support on retreating the money. So I had to push the stuff to contact the bank, had to nudge them about the reply from the bank. Horrible experience and will not recommend renessance hotel ever again. Better to stay in Hilton next door.

Good location.

The hotel is kind of old. Need renovation. Too many guests for the holidays but obviously the facilities like dining room is not big enough so we have to take the breakfast at a temporary location.

Perfect all around. Stayed one night, but could have stayed forever. The front desk exchanged money for me and helped me arrange travel to my next destination.

The location is excellent. Buffet breakfast was tasty and had extensive choices. The bed was very comfortable. The service was friendly and impeccable.

Some USB ports in the rooms for charging devices would be useful.

Very old and smelly rooms, shower water going very slow. Limited food variety. Does not have much food option at ground floor dinning place.staff very efficient but hotel very old looking and highly priced for the stay.

The hotel was clean and the location is close to all the attractions in central Saigon. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff members were well trained, friendly and helpful.

The spa and pool area were a little tired, but it appeared that they were in the process of upgrading it.
