Hera Luxury Hotel

Hotel staff were extremely attentive and kind. Staff truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. Individual care and attention was given by all the staff we encountered.

The room was reasonably.y modern enough. The pool on the roof was very very basic. The TV was absolutely useless as we couldn't get a clear channel. I felt a bit insecure as it looked like it was in a not so great location.

The breakfast here was terrible. The menu is rather inadequate and mainly consisted of just salads and vegetarian options. There was no sausages, bacon etc. Just eggs.

Good location for early flights. Clean, nice beds. Shower was a little wierd but good hot water and pressure. Few Korean restaurants am a Japanese place on the block.

Clean. Quiet, for good sleep. Breakfast simple but nice

The security guy: Mr Hai is a good professional man who always provides and helps me with my luggage’s. Ms. Pham thi Van the night reception girl was very friendly and cheerful to set up a taxi or grab for us when we needed a ride to go around town.

Excellent breakfast although it is all Asian orientated ..Chef very kindly made Western Scrambled eggs for me ..Good coffee too. Breakfast staff very obliging ..Location 5 mins to airport terminal by taxi 50,000VND

Sent two separate messages requesting a confirmation of a late checkout.No reply received !Reception staff insisted on changing rooms for a late checkout .. same room standardRooms are a bit shabby - need a good clean in the bathroom & paintNO hot water to room in the evening .. water was cold //There are better hotels in the area ....

The bellboy was friendly and helpful but the front desk and manager “Trang” was somewhat unprofessional and rude.

They charged me $260 VND for one towel when checking out claiming that’s was somehow stained yellowed which I have no idea (maybe that’s towels had that stain pre condition already and it’s was basically my word against them but they refused to listen to me). I have stayed at many hotels before and to me it’s the cost of doing business at a hotel, cleaning and washing a towel, bedsheets. It’s not any different if my shoes happened to be dirty and get in a cab would they charge me more ?

Proximity to airport. friendly staff.

Towels need replacing very thin, very small and worn out. In the room booklet, it said they did all day dining in the restaurant but they only did it for breakfast.

Convenience of being near the airport.

Not too many tours run direct from the Hotel. Need to spend extra on cabs to get to a pick up location..The swimming pool hours don’t allow use after a tours or dinner.

It’s a great place to stay for the price you pay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, especially for business travelers on short trips, as it’s right next to the airport. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.

Breakfast very average, photos and reviews were deceiving, our toilet got blocked, our shower leaked, there was not badminton or tennis court and the pool was disgusting. The only positive was the lovely helpful staff

All the staff at the time we checked in are extremely rude. From the receptionist to any staff around. It was 8pm, not a too-late time for checking in, but the manner of the receptionist is very poor; the action and the attitude of the bell-man is terrible and unacceptable even with human with each other. My baby was crying, I got 2 big suitcases and few heavy boxes and still needed to deal with all these man. What s wrong with you guy? I paid money for that, even expensive price, didn't ask anything for free and that what I got in return? 4 star hotel? 100% don't recommend this hotel to anyone and for sure will never come back again.

Spacious room and comfy bed, lots of storage space. The staff were absolutely great and so very helpful and happy. Close to the airport.

Base around shower needs a deep clean.Did not like the area, far too busy traffic anytime of day but the hotel is just off the main road and is quiet.

Good location as we were heading out on an early flight the next morning... it was nice to have restraunts right there too.The staff was great

It was a little noisey on the level where we were at unfortunately.Who ever was above us, stomped across their floor...basically non stop for about 40 mins!!Why?...i have no idea.There was also a noisey family near with kids screaming for a couple hours.Just unfortunate timing i guess as we had a 4 am wakeup for the airport

The receptionist guy is so helpful and kind. The facility is clean and always has a good smell.

The room was spacious, with a gorgeous bathroom, the staff were very helpful, and the free breakfast was excellent

It was close to airport, grab car cost about $3 au, nice breakfast and it was a boutique hotel so not many people there at the same time. Close to 7 eleven. Bed was comfortable.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged so water didn't drain well and there was smell of smoke in the room however after the aircon was on, it was fine.
