Very central and convenient location. Hotel room was very beautiful with a nice European design.

We loved the hotel and were sad that we were only there for 2 days . Our view was amazing. We had lounge access and made the most of it lol. Staff were so sweet and friendly and even remembered to bring us anniversary cake and make our stay extra special. The bathroom was spacious and the bathtub had an amazing view of the city. We loved it alot. Loved the Vietnamese food and are definitely planning to come back.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and keep returning because I really enjoy my stays here. The location is excellent, making it easy to access local attractions, dining, and transport. The rooms are generous, beautifully fitted out, and very comfortable. The breakfast is brilliant – a great way to start the day.The staff are always very helpful, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

My recent stay was impacted by increased noise compared to my last visit. There is now a venue across the road—a club or bar—that can be quite loud. While the hotel kindly provided earplugs, the noise made it difficult to sleep before midnight. For those traveling for work and needing rest, this is something to be aware of when considering a stay.

In the evenings is really noisy, you can hear all the music and sound from the street and vicinities.

The team of staff were amazing from the bellman, concierge to housekeeping.

The best thing about this place is the roof deck pool/bar! The rooms are very nice as well!

The shower is awkwardly small, and when you open the door to the shower (it hinges inward), it’s awkward to close because you need to get behind the door somehow and then close it. Hard to describe. It’s just not so thoughtfully designed. Everything else was great!

Location was great! Friendly staff. The concierge team helped us making table and massage bookings efficiently.

Rooftop bar setting was nice but the DJ music was a bit too lazy. Would appreciate a bit more laid back vibe. Pool was a bit worn out.

The hotel is amazing, it's obviously a nice space, but honestly what set it apart for me was the staff. They were SO kind, so helpful, extremely friendly, happy to chat with me. Also it's in a fantastic location in terms of the top tourist attractions. It's walking distance to Book Street, Saigon Post Office, the Cathedral (though that's under construction at the moment), and the really lovely shopping district. And then it's only a short motorbike ride away from everything else, like the pink church, Tan Dinh market etc.

Very well designed hotel, great rooftop bar and a very good breakfast. Me and my family used it for a staycation and will do it again.

Lovely hotel but be prepared to pay a lot more than they advertise it for on booking .com . We ending paying double. When we questioned it with the hotel they said we would get the over payment put back on our card but haven’t received it yet .

I loved this hotel, the room was super comfortable Also the bars and restaurants attached to the building were excellent
