No Hot Water. Air-conditioning was not great.

Accommodation is roomy and clean. Closed by city center. Staffs are friendly and helpful

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, which left a very positive first impression on me.The room was spacious, though it did not include some standard toiletries (such as a toothbrush, shower cap, and shaving kit). I requested these at the reception, and the team kindly provided a toothbrush and shower cap in my room.Breakfast was simple as well, with a limited selection of vegetarian options.Overall, the hotel was pleasant, and the lobby had a lovely festive atmosphere with a Christmas tree and Santa Claus decorations.The hotel is located on a small street close to several massage parlors, which may be convenient for guests interested in such services. There are also cafés and restaurants nearby.I sincerely wish the hotel continued prosperity, growth, and further improvements in comfort and service—it has great potential.

I liked that it has pool and pool towels. It has a nice big bath tub in bathroom. Nice big bed, spacious rooms, big window. AC works well. Some room has TV with netflix. The staff was very friendly, nice, really earned their tip. The breakfast was good.

There were lot of stairs to get to the rooftop. Only 1 elevator, but elevator was fast.

The staff were great and location is perfect! Overall it was a good stay.

The shower leaked and the bathroom has a bad smell.

The location was great. This area is full of hotels, therefore plenty of food options and shooping. Breakfast was also nice. You can order omelets for those who don't like vietnamese food for breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.The rooftop pool is awesome. It may need a bit more light/s at night but good for a swim.

The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and they truly made our stay comfortable. I also loved that they employ several deaf team members, which is really admirable and adds to the positive atmosphere. The location is very central in District 1, and the room was clean and perfectly decent for a comfortable stay.

What Could Be Improved:Needs Renovation/TLC: The hotel appears quite worn and dated. It is clear that the facilities and decor are in need of refurbishment.Misleading Photos: There is a significant difference between the hotel's appearance in the online photos and its actual state upon arrival. The images give the impression of a newer, more modern establishment.

Do not recommend and would never ever go back to this hotel .

It was nothing like the pictures in the web site! There was mold in the bathroom and the shower divider was filthy with mineral build up ! The breakfast wasn’t great ! They only had one toaster for the entire breakfast room at one point I counted 20 people and only one toaster!!!

the soundproof isn't too great! we could hear the noise from the hall and outside. the sink in the bathroom has been leaking too due to unknown reason.

The service at the hotel was excellent. They welcomed us right outside the hotel and helped us with our bags. The rooms were clean and beautiful.

We were a bit disappointed with the pool as it didn’t feel very clean or well maintained, and the chairs weren’t very comfortable. The rooms were a bit small, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

Was the worst hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and we stayed in heaps of hotels and apartments!We left after our first night. We were woken at 1.30am and again at 5am by some other guests having violent domestics. The husband was bashing on everyone’s doors looking for his wife. He violently abused her in front of us and then when we tried to stop him he verbally abused us. We asked the hotel to call police. They called the wife in the room and said it was all ok. We persisted and they came to listen on our floor. Nothing more done. We and other guests checked out then and they wouldn’t refund us. They said the violent guests are leaving the following day, they wouldn’t ask them to leave so we did. Our children were traumatised by it! I understand this event was other guests but the hotel handling of it was so so poor. And we emailed back and forth with no luck of any kind of refund for the 3 nights we booked! To top it off, the breakfast was terrible and the pool was freezing. Nothing about this hotel can be recommended!

Shout out to my bro Nick, he’s so helpful and responsible,we sincerely appreciate him for his service. By the way, the location is perfect it close to business district and clubs and pub. You can everything you need there, even the view is picturesque from room.

The location was excellent, it was very nice being so close to the center. The staff was extremely friendly, carrying the luggage and ensuring a smooth check in process.

The room and facilities were not in perfect state. There were some stains on the wall and the floor had cracks in our room, but it was nothing to worry about.

Great location, room was clean, breakfast was great and had made-to-order options, friendly staff! Loved being so close to so many things in HCMC!

The curtain blinds in the shower was not closing properly, still having gaps where you can see the person inside the shower
