- Location is close to the main tourist strip, yet far enough away that you are surrounded by local lifestyle. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, but it is currently your choice from a set menu of simple dishes and drinks.
- The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, right near the backpacker's district. Wake up early and have a coffee and pho (30.000+20.000) at the end of the ally! The ladies don't speak English, but are very friendly.

- The bathroom sink was backed up and did not drain properly, which probably led to the ants that ran around in the sink. I had trouble finding someone to check in when I first arrived and to order breakfast on one of three mornings there.
- We had some tiny ants in our room, and the only outlet with a ground plug was being used by the television. So we could charge our phones and watch Tele, but not at the same time.
