Room well maintained & clean, breakfast good. Good service especially receptionist Ms Myra (Mai) who gave us a warm welcome, suggested itineraries & food join. Her hospitality encourage me to come back again & recommend to others. She even reply to messages after her office hours.

9th floor room too noisy because of music from outside,

We had a room with the view of Cho Ben Thanh and the city. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The options were different both days we were there. The location was great because the hotel is directly next to the Ben Thanh Market. We also had a lot of food options and there was plenty for us to walk around and explore.

I absolutely hated the bathroom. The room we were in had a shower head but it didn't appear to be connected. There was a handheld shower head and a holder that you had to use to take a shower but it was made for someone really short. The water goes everywhere and the bathroom floor ends up super wet. There are also no shelves or hooks to put towels/toiletries on. The rooms are dated. The decor is strange. If the rooms were updated this hotel would be 5/5. The bedding smelled a little off too but it may have been because of the heat--it's one of those hotels where you need a hotel key to power the room and they only give you one key.

The location was superb. Market nearby. A lot of food eateries as well. Spoilt for choice

Did not like the toilet concept. Not a fan of bath tub showering. Wall tiles black and dim lights did not help. Breakfast was the same daily. No omelette choice but mere fried eggs only.

Excellent location, just in front of the famous Ben Tanah market.Hotel has been renovated.Staff are average.Room is so small not as advertised. Bathroom smelly.Breakfast has not much of choices.

I liked the breakfast. Also the staff was really nice.

I really think, the hotel should focus on getting better televisions. Secondly, the bath isn't connected to the wall, so it allows water to fall down the sides and then the whole floor is wet.

Nothing much to do in this city.. DDD...dirty areas. Drunks druggies

the only good point is its location, right next to the Ben Thanh Market. And that is all.

The hotel is old, the lift is old and slow, the room door is old and the room is small.Does not feel clean, the shower head is old and yellow, the room does not have good soundproofing, anyone that walk does the corridor you can hear them loud and clear.sorry to say, I wont be back again.

Location was good , clean , beds are comfortable , bathrooms is ok showers can be better but ok you can live with it

Less Maintenance where the bathtub shower faucet loose, the house keeping very lazy enough to sweep/vacuum clean the floor room. Roaches (Cockroach) crawling inside the room. Killed 2 of it. The lobby reception area is quite small, well for a budget hotel is quite more than enough.

I loved how central this hotel was! Walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. AC in the room was great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon.

The room was a little smaller than expected but we barely spent time there so no big deal.

A room without a window with a terrible smell of mildew. We tried to change the room but nothing was available. Only after two nights we could change to a room with a windy. My wife still suffers after one week from this terrible smell.

Conveniently located to everything

Didn’t get the room I paid for, no window with a view of the city . The noise of construction for 3 weeks was over powering couldn’t stay in the room for to long as noise was too loud. Last night of our stay our room got flooded so we finally got to get a room with a city view, maybe that was the room we were supposed to get from the start?

The location is super , the room are clean , everything is complete , they clean the room everyday , new towels everyday . Breakfast is good , food are delicious

We reserved two rooms for a three-night stay at A&Em hotel. At 2pm, we got to the hotel and were told by the receptionist that there was only one room available for check-in, and the second room had to wait until 3pm. We didn't have any issues with it. At 3pm when we got back to the hotel, the receptionist told us that the second room was not available and asked us to stay in a temporary room until it became available. We agreed to the suggestion because we were tired from the long flight to Ho Chi Minh City. When my friend checked in the temporary room, she found out that it was so dark and there was no window. She wanted to make a cup of coffee, but the room lacks a kettle. As a result, she went to the ground floor and waited until the room became available. The second was not available to check in around 4:30pm or 5pm. The rerepitionist did not compensate us for our inconvenience.When we checked out of the hotel, the receptionist charged us 100,000 dong for a dirty towel that they claimed they couldn't wash it. My friend informed me that she only used the towel to wash her lips because the lipstick could stain the towel ( the stain can be removable)We had a negative experience staying in this hotel because the breakfast was basic and the rooms were dated.I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends at all.

Breakfast was great. Room had large windows. Water pressure was very strong.

There was a giant cockroach in our room. When I asked for it to be removed they said it was a “normal thing and sometimes rats and roaches crawl into the room from the vents”.
