Little Saigon Boutique Hotel

Location was perfect to all the things we wanted to see and experience. Flexible checkout options with paying extra that was well with it when they had the availability.

Wished the coffee served was hotter, but that seemed to be an overall Vietnam thing rather than the hotel itself.

The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional. We loved the breakfast and the location was excellent.

Beds were firm but acceptable. Updated TVs would be nice.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The room was very small with very little space or shelving to unpack items for your stay.

That Hotel location was in District 1.

The small room had NO Window !!!( not written in the description on booking) AC was was verry old and noisy !Also the refrigerator is noisy and must be turned off ( other vistors did that so the water distroyed the floor) Entering from stereet in the Hotel is 30 m in the back between some dirty staff.

Warm, friendly staff - porter, receptionist, cook, servers, cleaning lady - everyone.Great location in Dist.1 - Ben Thanh, numerous good Pho restaurants n boutique cafes, Ben Ngee Food market, Saigon Centre mall, all within walking distance.Great location - hidden in an alley cul de sac, quiet peaceful away from traffic noise. Next door is highly rated Naii Specialty Coffee to savor coconut coffee n salty coffee.

Very nice small hotel in district 1, nice breakfast and happy hour in the evening , the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room very small but expected that

The staff were very kind. The breakfast was good and included fresh made eggs. Hotel is close to several popular attractions.

The area is very loud. Construction next door with metal grinding. Construction work starts early-7am and they work on Saturday. Two very small windows in our room that we couldnt close.

The double bed was too big for the room.

Location was great for old quarter. Staff were quick to answer question. Breakfast was great and staff in breakfast room really wanted to ensure we were happy.

Older hotel. Room and bathroom very small. Our a/c wasn’t very strong anymore.

It’s cleanliness, friendly staff and perfect location in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. And the breakfasts were excellent too!

It’s the Ideal location to visit historical places and shopping malls. Everything is in walking distance.The room was very clean. Breakfast is excellent.

You need to walk into an alley to get to the hotel.

Location was great, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast - a nice bonus to start off the day.

Facilities a bit run down especially the bathroom and showers. First set of towels were old and a bit dingy.

I clearly mentioned I’d need a quiet room, although the staff answered Yes, unfortunately they gave a room right next to stairs can heard the people walk up and down very loud and till midnight, lift noise the same.

I thought I was going to have a balcony spot. I was in basically a basement below the lobby.

Very centrally located in district 1, short walking distance to most main attractions, great value for money and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a bonus from 6:30am to 10am. Great little cafes and restaurants with local food very nearby. Amazing staff and very helpful. Would give this a A+++, definitely will stay again.

The room was a lot smaller than expected and not as brushed up as we expected, but considering the price it is still good. It's a room for sleeping, period.

The hotel was a little difficult to find at first (Google Maps gave us incorrect directions, Grab map was more accurate) but once you find it it's great — centrally located in District 1 but set back from the main street down an alleyway so much quieter. Lots of sights to see and food/drink spots within walking distance and the neighbourhood was busy but felt safe, even at night. Room was quite small with just a bit of space to walk around the bed, but we were fine with this as we weren't spending much time inside except to sleep. The breakfast was great with an omelette/egg station, rotating local Vietnamese dishes, some Western food, and fresh fruit and pastries. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and hospitable.

Our room was at the bottom of the stairs so we could hear all the other hotel guests clearly as they went up and down the staircase, if you are a light sleeper you may not want this room.
