- Everything was great from the cleanliness and the location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a good variety of foods so there’s something for everyone!

- No reception desk. Have to phone a bunch of different people to get what you need to check in/out
- No actual reception. I was told I could check in anytime (my flight was extremely delayed). I had to wait 30 minutes, at 4 o’clock in the morning, for someone to finally come and give me my room key. And that’s only because I found the hotel manager’s WhatsApp number. The room is very basic and you can tell it’s getting older, lots of rust everywhere.
