1.Booking experience. (no credit visa facility accepted for long stay) 2.Ventilation poor & air not well circulated. 3.Some insects living in toilet. 4.No drinking water & toiletaties daily supply.

Great location, near the main streets but far enough away that it's usually quiet at night (though sometimes neighbors like playing loud music).

The beds were very uncomfortable and there was food and some trash left over in our room from the previous guests.

The location was excellent. Near the park, underground and above ground markets. The bars are around the corner but I didn't hear any noise from them. The room had a fridge to keep my groceries cold in the kitchen area along with a kitchen sink. Lots of room and furniture. Worth the money. I will stay here again when I'm traveling on a budget.

The separate shower was great but the water drained very slowly.

the only thing i liked was the location for a meeting i had to attend for 2 days and apart from the location nothing

bedroom was tiny just enough room to squeeze a bed in, shower was only very luke warm, and bedding smelt as did the lift and just found it very grubby but if ya just looking to get ya head down and be close to walking street go for it

We stayed an extra night in Saigon and booked this place about 10 minutes before showing up. We arrived early and they kept our bags. The room wasn’t ready because it was about 11am when we arrived but they offered to WhatsApp us when our room was ready. They also told us to WhatsApp them if we ever needed anything. When we went to check in they told us they upgraded us for free!! They asked for the money for our room when we got there but we had no cash on us and they said that was not a problem, we just payed later that night. The room was lovely and spacious, super clean. Such an amazing location also, better than our last hotel. The people here are absolutely amazing, we had a bus at 8pm and they kept our bags for us all day. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return!

It was a last minute booking. We were really pleased with it. Location was good and roof garden was a lovely bonus

The room was fine

in order to come in after midnight, we had to contact the owner, who would then open the middle gate from inside. It felt a bit awkward. I didn’t like disturbing him, also we came in one night after a rock show, and he commented on the time.

Great place for a family, clean, slightly smaller room, but the beds were fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Location ideal to explore the center.

Even though its in nicely hidden alley, the balcony door cant be closed completely, so the noise cant be sealed off.

rooms were clean. the hotel building had a door that locked with fob.

the reception staff is accessible by whatsapp and/or booking dot com’s messaging service only. the walls are very thin, expect to hear the adjacent room’s shower, flush and other noises in your room. bathroom’s light never worked but i was there only one night so i did not care much.

Location excellent I stopped in the cheapest room but was good for the money and where it was in the middle of everything excellent

The price but make sure you get a room with a veiw I only stopped 2 nights I should of paid a little more for a room with a window

Rosa was so lovely and despite my extremely late booking, she speedily made the room up while I ducked out for food!It was a comfy room with a small but nice bathroom.

The price and location. Mind you, my review is based on a rate of $30/night. I am not comparing it to pricier hotels. They also allowed for a 5pm checkout.

Toilet clogged and I had to text for a plunger, staffing is limited at the hotel.

Everything was nice and cozy. Good room for couple.

Bathroom is fairly small and hot water takes time to get ready.

The location was great - close to shops, markets and restaurants

Wifi was poor that was provided.

Good location comfortable bed little tired in places, on arrival the owner gives you a front door pass so you can come and go as you please he also gives you his WhatsApp and replies quite quickly there's lot's of places to book trips and laundry services just outside the hotel

Unfortunately there's no staff on the premises at all times so no breakfast but there is more than enough places to eat at whatever budget you require.

The location is nice, walking distance to most attractions...... but in the same street you can fine better accomodation.The room was simple and small ... the AC is opposite to the bed so it isn't so comfy during night.The owner was very helpful with the trip and the airport transport :)

Beds were not made up. Only one toilet roll for two people for three nights.

Good location, and good value for the money, just the rooms are a little bit small, but you are going to be in the city most of the time anyway.It's in a quiet area, which is pretty good.
