Pros +
- BAD
- Location
- It was very difficult to find a satisfactory apartment here; I faced several cancellations before finding this host. She responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. The apartment is new, beautiful, and fully equipped. The central location makes it easy to get anywhere. If I have the opportunity to visit Saigon again, I will definitely book this place again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons -
- EverythingHere is the updated translation with point 7 added:1.I waited downstairs for 30 minutes, and no one came to assist with check-in. I had to find the keys myself.2.The room I checked into is completely different from what I booked on the website. The original room I booked was much better.3.The accommodation’s customer service said the original room was no longer available, so they arranged a worse room without informing me in advance.4.The bed was not clean, with sesame seeds and hair on it.5.Both bathrooms had no hot water.6.The hotel offered a refund of an unreasonable price difference and expects us to accept it; otherwise, there will be no room for us to stay in.7.The customer service staff was very kind, and I appreciate their hard work.
- Facilities are sub par. No staff for cleaning. Amenities provided were absolutely horrible. Towels weren’t clean, amenities sub par. Staff is friendly and welcoming however
- This is a scam, do not book. Tried to get credit card details from us then was sent a message after time of arrival to say it was double booked. Booking.com were completely unhelpful - you need to avoid at all cost.

I was truly impressed by the quality of service at the Zenity. The rates were reasonable considering the amenities provided. I had a fantastic stay here and will certainly be back in the future.Furthermore, the hotel has many other facilities including a restaurant serving delicious local and international cuisine, a stunning outdoor pool bar, a modern fitness center, and a convenient laundry service. The staff were all very friendly and eager to assist whenever I needed help.
