Very close to Japan town, Saigon River, Saigon Opera House, and Bitexco tower, the location is perfect! Walking distance to everything!

Near the city center and Bach Dang Park, Nguyen Hue str and Ben Thanh Market. You can walk to around city

The location was great. Near the restaurants, convenience store, ATMs, banks. Short walk to Ben Thanh, Saigon Square. Quiet street also. Ms Duyen and the male staff at night spoke good English and saw to it that we were given what we need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Some rooms need to be renovated. There were 30 people in our group, and some rooms were not as good as the others.

The staff was very friendly.

The location was good in the meaning of being close to attractions such as the Bitexco building, but the neighborhood and building are old. Also, there were some bars around, and you could hear the noise all night long.

Staff spoke English and was available 24/7. He was very helpful and had a great personality. The location was excellent because it was close to the festivities.

Everything was old and needed to be updated. Some rooms do not have windows. No safety box in the room. TV remote was broken. Lamp was broken.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, two convenience stores within 2 minutes' walk, restaurants, cafes. Ben Thanh Market is 10 minutes' walk, Ho Chi Minh Statue is 10 minutes, Walking Street is 15. The room is also a good size and the bed is comfy.

The rooms just need some attention. Some new paint, some mold stains fixing, new silicone in the bathroom. It wouldn't be difficult or expensive to go through the hotel one room at a time, fixing these things. Also - as others have mentioned, the shower needs a curtain, because the floor just gets too wet. Also - there's a club just around the corner from the hotel. So expect a lot of a noise at night if you're in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel

Nothing. A big disappointment.

Aircondition dud not work and no fan. We asked for non-smoking but people had smoked there. There were even sigarette butts in the window. The whole place was dirty and smelled of mould. I got sick staying there.

Location was good. Rooms were good . I had booked 3 days in a room with window. For the first night, a window room was not available due to a technical issue. A discount was offered and agreed and the room was satisfactory. On transfer to a window room the next day, I was given the VIP room so I was quite happy.

I had booked 2 suites and when we arrived we were told they were getting repaired so we were getting different rooms for the same price, this was okay for our group but could cause problems. We then were left short a bed and had to fight to get another bed. I also checked if I could pay card on arrival and was told yes but upon arrival I was told cash only.

The property is accessible to the shops & restaurant.

There’s cochroach. And no shower curtain that makes the bathroom floor wet. Floor mat is not enough.
