Location perfect for the Back Packers Walking street and downtown Saigon. Hotel is just far enough from the street party that noise is not a problem.
They explained tour options clearly and helped me choose one that fit my schedule. The social space was active but still felt organized.
Easy access to transport and lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The rooms are comfortable and make for a pleasant stay.
They remembered small details about guests. Laundry and housekeeping were reliable.
Staff carefully stored my luggage after checkout. The room was tidy and felt safe.
Super friendly and helpful staff with genuinely local tips for food, shopping, and tours (not touristy or generic).
The beds are sturdy and comfortable. Cleanliness was fine considering how busy the hostel gets. There’s a common area in the lobby with a piano and guitar, which makes it easy to hang out or meet other travelers. There’s also a dedicated workspace if you need to get some work done. Place is in a small alley so there's just space for a single motorbike.
Social atmosphere, friendly reception staff, lively hostel with young travelers.
The laundry service was also good. However, the room needs blackout curtains or blinds to block the morning light, as I kept waking up too early.
When the balcony door couldn’t be closed, they changed my room straight away. The service was good.
Happy hour with free beer and a social common area with musical instruments, making it easy to meet people.
Mostly young and international. The location is extremely convenient. Many places are walkable.
Easy to join tours with other guests. Social hostel with a relaxed vibe. Rooms are practical.
Friendly environment and respectful guests. Staff were approachable and helpful. Central location is very convenient.
Helpful staff made a difference. Their local tips felt genuine rather than generic. Street noise is part of staying in this neighbourhood.
Enough bathrooms reduced waiting time. Staff provided useful local guidance. Information was clear and direct.
Staff explained tours clearly and helped with planning. Laundry service was convenient.
Room was small but super clean and aircon strong.
I could walk to Ben Thanh Market in about 10 minutes. Good coffee shops just around the corner. The staff spoke good English and always gave good tips on where to eat.
Laundry service was quick and affordable. The staff speak good English and are always smiling.
