Acnos grand Hotel

quiet room, decent size, good bathroom, comfortable

breakfast especially for vegetarians,

The location is good, the price is very reasonable and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are accommodating and kind.

The pillows and bed are old. The towels are thin. There is no hair conditioner.

Clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed.

Spacious room, very helpful and friendly staff, decent buffet breakfast

Staff very nice. Beds comfy. Breakfast very good

Little overpriced for extended stay ( waiting for late flight). Pool by street..

The location, the rooms and the polite staff

Everything was nice

Room was clean and door attendants were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast staffs were not friendly at all. Breakfast ends at 10am but staffs start cleaning and putting away food and drinks at 9:30am!

Internet service was unstable. Wifi signal was so bad. I could not make an internet call for work even it was at 11pm. I called the front desk, they gave me password to access to their staff network, but it did make any better. I gave up.

Great staff, ok location slightly out of the centre, good breakfast, very clean

The location, staff, rooms, size of the rooms, connectivity.

Location and good price.

Pool on main road.

Comfortable rooms and very clean. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast available

Good location, good breakfast selection, and very helpful staff.

Pool was at front of hotel visible from a busy street with passing traffic, not really a place to ‘relax’ and unwind.

Breakfast was good

I was given a lot smaller room for a triple compared to the first room we stayed at a few days ago

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful. Our plane was leaving at 9pm so the hotel was kind enough to hold on to our luggage.

The bed linen looked very drab and had a rip in it. We noticed it more as we had spent the previous days in 2 other hotels where the bedlinen was crisp and white. Thankfully, when I told the manager about this, all the bed linen was changed and looked so much better. We didnt know, but the breakfast is on the top floor (12th floor). Our room was on the 11th floor so each morning at 6am we were woken up by the noise of chairs dragging on the tiled floors of the breakfast room so if you stay here, get a lower floor room!

Good cleaning service, location, bath tub

The bathroom drain drained directly onto the floor. Too high cost to this type of hotel.

Clean, great breakfast, good location. Would stay here again

I wish the pool was in a more private area instead of at the front of the hotel next to the street

Breakfast was good. Staffs were helpful and friendly.

Noise cancellation was not good. Next door, water flushing was available to hear

We arrived Hotel early morning and he requested to check in while we felt so tired. The staff was welcome to arrange it but we should pay a half of daily rate.Room was so big and clean.Breakfast was not so various menu.

Good location, professional and helpful staffs, the room is spacious

The pool is small and not good location.
