Everything was fantastic. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and did great with communicating in English. The airport transfers were smooth and timely. The breakfast was tasty. Highly recommend.

A bit away from local restaurants. Caretakers in neighbouring park can be a bit noisy.

Nothing to complain about.

If you have to check out of your hotel early and have a late flight or have a layover this is the place for you.They will collect and return you to the airport which is only a few km away. A very small simple hotel which is impeccably clean. Breakfast is included - you have about 5 options to choose from - more than adequate for the overnight price of aprox $55-.AUD

Nothing wrong with this place at all if you need a flight the next day.Rooms are large and clean staff are absolutely lovely just be prepared to wait 40 minutes to get picked up from the airport

Close to the airport, service was great, very clean room, yummy breakfast, lovely gardens next door. We had a great nights sleep before our next flight. Great for overnight stay

It was tucked down a little alley only 10 minutes away from the airport. The view from our room was gorgeous. Also a stunning park just across the road to wander through.

Our flight came in late at night and we had to leave very early the next morning. The staff were lovely and accommodating with the unusual hours.

Nothing to complain

The staff was very easy to approach and if you can use a translator it's easy to communicate. We simply love their clean rooms, airport transfer and laundry facilities.

Although our booking included breakfast, We had to miss both breakfasts as their timing was 7:00 - 9:00am and no take away facility.

My son and I stayed here on our final leg back to Australia. We could not have asked for more. The manager organised pick up (and drop-off) from the airport- which was smooth and well communicated.Our room was large with two big,clean, comfortable beds. The shower/ toilet was clean and without mould or cracked tiles etc and had good water pressure. We were offed the use of their umbrellas every time we went out and the staff at the front were more than happy to hold our bags for us after checking out and waiting for our airport transfer.We thoroughly recommend.There is construction going on nearby- but the building and rooms had thick walls and we did not hear any outside noise.

Love the free airport shuttle. Very convenient. Hot showers, clean rooms. Staff are very friendly.

The room lacks basic things like a bedside light, rubbish bin in the bedroom, tissue paper, bath mat, iron, hair dryer (I actually found it while opening a drawer right before leaving). There were a couple of lights that didn't work (a light that could have served as night light; the light above the mirror in the bathroom). Pho at breakfast was fine but nothing to drink was provided, I would have preferred to have eaten it outside!

The hotel is nice , the staff is helpful so nice and friendly .

The location is difficult for taxi to come , its so annoying if you have big luggages.

Located very close to the airport which is why we booked. Airport pick up and drop off were complimentary and extremely well organised. All communications with staff were easy and prompt. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. Lovely quiet location just off the hustle and bustle of the main road. Arrived late and left early so we missed breakfast. Nothing was offered even though it was included.

The bed was exceptionally hard, but that is not uncommon.

Location is funky. Around the corner from an extremely busy street then thru a construction zone and the alley. You are not next to a park contrary to our thoughts. Breakfast has to be preordered and at a prescribed time

Excellent communication via WhatsApp. Quick responses to questions. Airport shuttle was easy and quick to arrange with hotel sending clear instructions on where to meet and photos of the car and its registration plate. Room was generously sized for an overnight stay near the airport. Near coffee shops and green spaces

Very close to airport, excellent communication and instructions about (free) airport pickup/dropoff. Clean rooms, generously sized with all you need. Friendly and efficient staff. Quiet neighbourhood.

Blinds didn't keep much light out, so room got bright very early in the morning. Not hotel's fault, but got woken up at around 4am by rooster calls and birds outside the window.
