The Lady that made the breakfast Was really nice .

No hot water for for 2 days

The bellman was very helpful with the luggage.

The location was good and the staff were friendly

Nothing, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly. The door broke and we had to wait for 90 minutes to enter our room, and then the door would not close again so they had us stay in a room without access to closing the door. The receptionist did not refund us anything and blamed the only people willing to help at the hotel. She also refused to send us an email explaining the situation.

Absolutely nothing

I’m going to take my time with this review. Once arrival there was a disgusting smell of peciticed and lady behind the reception started to talk about payment. There were no three separate beds(while we requested this) and two of us had to sleep in a two person bed. We did not receive any help with carrying the 6 luggage’s that we have and same thing when we left. The rooms are small and outdated and you can hear everything from the outside. The breakfast was poor and there were no options for vegans. After one day we had breakfast outside for the rest of the three days booked.We had a great time in Vietnam so far and all Hotels were super nice. Unfortunately this was the worst experience so far and to be honest I don’t think this hotel should stay operational. If I had to choose something positive about the place it’s the location. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was no window & the pictures made the room look bigger. We checked out after the first night & rented another hotel. Same price with a view.

Overall it was good. Staff was very helpful. Location was good. Food was shabby.

Changed Room three times, but staff was nice to accommodate me after all. Food was not what I expected.

Breakfast was great, location is close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, a park and the main District 1 attractions.

It’s close to everything since it is at the heart of the city: the market, cafes, restaurants, attractions, etc. and breakfast buffet is included.

Room.was too small less than 125 square feet. Breakfast doesn't have any indian meal .

Clean. Doors are automatic. Location is good. Will book again soon.

Disappointing

Room too small, no space even to keep the luggage. The flooring was worne out. Not worth the value

When booked accommodation had also booked for the free taxi and gave flight details but no one came to pick us up from airport, had to make own way to hotel, couldn't get a lot of TV stations on TV, didn't have hot water in shower for a couple of days, hard bed, food for breakfast was ok.In response to your reply of my review, I WAS offered free standard transport from the airport as I have a print out of the form I filled in and emailed back to you before our stay, that form also asked if I wanted to add a comment for the driver picking us up which I asked for driver to hold up a sign with mine and my husbands name and last name on sign plus there was a section to put in our flight details for driver which I did - that's your 1st lie, you also said that the information you emailed me regarding booking stated there was no window in our room, which is second lie as I have print out of paper work which doesn't state no window. In regards to hot water didn't complain because on 3rd day of stay had hot water. Please don't make me out to be a liar as I have proof of my complaints in the paper work you emailed me when I booked our accommodation with you which I'd printed out to take with me on our holiday. I am highly offended that you would make me out to be a liar.

Looked very zen and cosy

The breakfast shouldn’t be that basic for the level of hotel they say they are and the shower needs attention shower head is in the tub but literally falling apart omg water power inconstant…

The location and breakfast, breakfast could include more halal options.

The cleanliness and the smell, the rooms smelled funky and the bathroom had a bad smell all the time.
