Good comfortable room with comfy but firm mattress (suited us). Very clean everywhere snd lovely breakfast choices.Excellent staff in all areas but especially in breakfast service where the smiles and courtesy were lovely. Front of house and bellboy staff very respectful and professional. Good location for major attractions - short grab bike or 20 min walk.

Centrally located with spacious rooms. Staff were polite and acted on requests immediately. Buffet breakfast was very good.
Toilets blocked easily but quickly remedied by staff.
Staff members were very polite especially Clara and Rosie. They made us feel very welcomed and looked after us very well. Facility exceeded beyond expectations.
PROS:Convenient location in District 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Everything was a short taxi ride away and many restaurants within walking distance.Rooms are small but comfortable (given it is a city hotel) but you may not get a room with a window.Staff were super helpful & friendly and catered to our needs very well.Good value for money.
CONS:Being in District 1, it can be inconvenient at times to hail a taxi or walk when it’s raining as taxi drivers are in high demand.Beds are firm and feel old.Some rooms have lights that don’t work (but they fixed it immediately).
