Good location. Friendly team at reception.

Upon arrival the room was not cleaned to our satisfaction. After reporting this, the room was cleaned and from that point on it was kept clean.

The staff were all helpful. Good breakfast. Location is about 10mins from.major tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and convenience stores.

Outdated beddings. Some with stains. Some didnt have the garter for the duvet so the bed wasnt stretched. Bed was a bit hard. Should have more pillows. Only 1 elevator. The bidet had a strong pressure.

Location location and great room with multiple big beds

The doors are noisy when closing and there were some ants in the room.

Location: Away from crowded places, good restaurants close by, even there is a Western Union close by, where you can change your money and get a good exchange rate. The hotel room was very cozy, the bathtub is very good and smart TV. Cost-effective charges.

Nothing much to say, if they can improve the buffet breakfast... everything is with pork meat ..and I don't eat pork meat.

the location is nearby stores, restaurants. it has free breakfast so you dont have to worry about breakfast. the staff is very courteous, helpful and accomodating. beautiful rooms although our room's a/c sometimes doesnt work but the staff tries to fix it. it was a beautiful stay.

Good breakfast. The hotel provides a variety of choices.

We arrived at 21:00 and the room was not ready. We informed the hotel of our arrival time of 14:00. I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes.

The room is cozy and quiet although it was in a busy area.Near convenient and pharma store

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to visit Ho Chi Minh.

Infrastructure is problematic e.g. power goes off, water temperature varies, etc

1. The staffs were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean enough. Rooms having bathrooms are highly recommended.2. The breakfast were good enough for me. It starts from 6.30am so you better get up early for the meal.Generally, I think it's a good accomodation w/ affordable prices.

1. There was someone smoking in the hotel at about 9.30pm. Despite closing the door and the window, we can still smell the tobacco outside.2. The room wasn't 100% clean in some places (e.g inside a kettle and in the desk too)

At first, our room was small and no TV, so they upgraded the bigger room the next day, it was so nice. We liked the location. It's very convenient to shop and eat out. Staffs were friendly.

The bathroom with the shower looked old but that's ok. The lobby was hot without AC.

Really good central location, easy car ride to a few major shopping malls (Van Hanh and Saigon Centre) which was very affordable. Plenty of food options around as well.

Bathtub kept leaking but not sure where so floor was always wet after a bath/shower.

Convenient location

Lobby lights are dim makes you feel sleepy. Room decor feels outdated, fixtures and air-conditioning are old.

Good location, walking distance to Bàn Cờ market, Vườn Chuối market for foods & shopping. District 1 is nearby.

good staff , good location, room was smaller than I expected. bathroom got strained sometime , tv was too blur and can be fixed ! then we asked for changing room and got charged for that ! 7/10 that what we gave hotel !

Sound proof. Pretty building on ok looking street. spacious room.

Everything! The bed was the worst... we could feel every spring in that mattress. I had to fold the comforter in 4 and line the mattress with that and my towel so didn't feel the springs so much. The next day back ache. The shower terrible unless you are smaller than 4 feet... if you are taller you will have a bad time in the shower. I had a difficult time washing my hair and my husband, who is 6 foot tall, had to kneal on the shower floor in order to shower. And the puddles everywhere on the bathroom floor after the shower because the bathtub is not connected to the wall.Saturday at 5 am I woke up and the room stunk like cigarette smoke... someone smoking in the hotel and all the smoke went into the room. Restaurants around expensive and the traffic terrible. No I wouldn't go back even for free!

Not much there was a good cafe opposite,

The website stated there was breakfast but on arrival the hotel advised this was no longer available, I advise others to look elsewhere in the area there were better hotels available.

Good location

The staff forgot to give me my passport as I was leaving. Luckily I remember and came back for it after 5 mins in the taxi

Good location - interesting food places nearby. Basic amenities given and all of them were satisfactory. Bed was clean, room was clean, and I like the shower facilities, and it feels clean in general. They also give toiletries too. They also gave 2 free bottled water everyday.

1. Toilet floor is always wet from leaking water. Asked them to fix over 2 consecutive mornings but was not acted on even though they said they do it (twice). Was not even fixed by the time I checked out of hotel. Have to leave toilet with my feet each time.2. No windows in my room and I can't tell day from night from the windows without checking the time. Can't remember if that's stated in the description.

Nice, the staff is friendly and careful. The rooms are renovated, and clean. Especially in the center of city, so it is near from everything.Worth it!!
