Clean, the views, location and the staffs

The inferior design of the hotel is impressive, has a lot of metal elements with LED lights.

No CNN, no CNBC channels, too many local TV channels. The AC is always kicking on with hard working fan, but not much cool air.

I like the gym and wonderful variety of breakfast

Small swimming pool and the window view directly face the building opposite. Need to stand close to window to see the river view.

TV can not work or very low to work. Wifi sometime lost. I have to wait 40 minute to borrow Bowl , chopstick and spoon for my baby eat, I calling so many time but them said have to wait they serve so many client, I can not understand 5 star hotel wait more and very slowly more than 3-4 star. Their staff serve good, friendly so much but their boss have plan not good.The wc in room do not have place to drain, so hard if you want clean it.

The Staff were exceptionally good. Hang who served us morning tea and coffee to Nguyen Ngoc Duc at the concierge desk who assisted me with my check in.

Very nice Hotel incl a super cool rooftop bar and nice fitness and pool facilities.

Faucet in the bathroom was not properly working should not be in a hotel like this.

No balcony, no window, not allowed to smoke. Also, to reach your room you need to use 2 elevators !The price is too high in comparison with other hotels in the same area

There were some important delegates that stayed at our hotel and it made our stay very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

There were some important delegates that stayed at our hotel and it made our stay very inconvenient and uncomfortable. We booked this hotel so it would be convenient for our family but we got the opposite experience. If we knew prior, we would be inconvenient we wouldn’t have paid and stayed at this hotel. First off, we couldn’t use the front of the hotel because it was blocked off by the police. So we often had to walk a block or two away to get picked up and be dropped off by Grab. Second, we had to go through security to go in and out of the hotel. We didn’t book this hotel to be screened to go in and out of the hotel we paid for. Third, the elevator. It takes so long to go up and down the hotel. When the “important delegates” are arriving and leaving the hotel we had to use a different elevator to go up and down as they are using it. Next time, if there were any important delegates that will be using and maximising the hotel they should just booked out the entire hotel so they don’t cause inconvenience for the other guests who are staying at hotel. This could’ve been managed well to suit the important delegates and other hotel guests.

The location of the hotel in the first district surrounded by various attractions, restaurants, business area, shopping centers, etc. Everything you need is in a walking zone. The rooms are very modern, good and clean with enough space for suitcases and all other things you need. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar where the food is excellent. The view from the restaurant and bar to the river is wonderful. Everything was excellent and we will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Very modern deco. Service is excellent. A well deserved 5 stars.

Location wise it is not as good as the other hotels which are closer to the central area. Given this fact, I think the price is a bit too high as compare to other hotels. But the services and facilities really pays off.

It’s new hotel. Good view if your room faces the Saigon river. Location is very convenient in district 1. Finding food is lot a problem at all. Breakfast spread is good.

The room rate is on a high side. Not very sound proof as other closing there room door you can hear it clearly.

I loved the little luxurious like the hotel chocolates, birthday treat for my daughter and the sauna

This is a beautiful new hotel along the Saigon River. Location is good.. Hotel is walking distance from the waterfront and into the city. Hotel rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities one could ask for.. Lovely bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast was awesome.. they had a huge spread.. hotel also has a pool, gym and spa. Lastly, the staff were friendly, helpful and could speak English.

Hotel manager-Triz, and staffs are courteous and swift response to all my requests. Breakfast service is also excellent. Beautiful swimming pool and gym!

Short stay…

Prime location in front of the Saigon River and short walking proximity to the main attractions and shopping centres in District 1.A huge thank you to Linus at Reception for accommodating a later checkout of 3pm for us at no extra costs and Duc at the Lobby for always greeting us with a smile.We stayed at the King Premium Corner Room with River View and it was a 10/10 - clean and spacious room.

If you plan on utilising the gym, note that its slightly smaller than other hotels with not much variety in machines/equipment to use but other than that, everything was great.
