Perfect rooms - clean, comfortable and good AC. Great location near Bui Vien and also around a 20 min walk to the city centre. Staff were also extremely friendly.

The location was ideal. Even though it is in the heart of everything, it is on side street, so much quieter than expected.close to stores and located within 20 minutes of a majority of sights.

Clean, safe and amazing location. This is absolutely an older, small hotel. We were on the 6th floor, alley side and it was very quote. There are 2 rooms on each floor, and the 6th was the top for rooms. There is a patio on the top floor for guests. The room was a great size for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have laundry services. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great location and friendly staff

Hotel Kim was a wonderful place to stay for our first 4 nights in Vietnam. We were made to feel so welcome. The owner could not have done more for us. She is lovely. The location was perfect, being tucked down a small street, just off Bui Vien , yet quiet,calm and peaceful. At the other end of this small street is a nice park with people exercising and kids playing in the evening. A lot of the long distance buses out of Saigon go from there as well. It's within walking distance of much of what you want to see and do in the city (War remnants museum, market, river etc). You are surrounded by a massive choice of great food. Do not worry about breakfast as there is a fabulous breakfast spot just 2 doors down the road. I don't give a 10/10 review lightly but Hotel Kim you really deserve it. We will definitely be staying there again in 6 weeks time on our way out of Vietnam

Location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Bui Vien Walking Street.Very convenient with many eateries, spas, pubs, cafes and convenience stores within the immediate vicinity and many more within a 3 minutes walk.Room is very spacious with a small balcony and comes with basic toiletries, TV n small refrigerator. Room and bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are accessible using the lift or staircase.Although just a stone's throw from Bui Vien Walking Street, the noise level is minimal.Staff is very friendly and helpful. She arranged to get my laundry done and ready the next day.While the bed is comfortable, the blanket should be a bit thicker as the airconditioner needs to be switched on at full blast for quite some time to cool down the room.I had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust the airconditioner remote control.The provision of a face towel will be greatly appreciated too.

Nothing special for my 1 night stay. It might be noisy depending on the floor you stay due to outside noise.

The staff really make this a fantastic hotel. I can't remember a more gracious host and team - always smiling and welcoming us by name, and providing recommendations for restaurants and even nail salon (HIGHLY recommend - better than any mani/pedi I've had in London!).The room itself is very comfortable - mattress is softer than usual Vietnamese beds, and the air-con/fan gives a welcome retreat from the city's heat. You get what you pay for regarding the facilities, but even so they are very clean and spacious!Location-wise it is perfect for District 1 nightlife - a bit of noise in the evening but not right in the centre, and just a 15-20min walk from major destinations like Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and War Remnants museum.Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Great location, just a few steps from the main party street, but still quiet and comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious, looked even better than on photos. Clean towels were provided every day. Great value for the money.

Lee was an excellent host & the hotel is in a quiet little lane just off walking street close to bars, restaurants & massage places.

Our room at Kim hotel was well equipped, clean, and very silent in the night. I was sick and Li was more than helpful and took good care of me. I would definitely come back here!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within walking distance of the main sites, main streets (and if you don't want to walk you can get a Grab for a very cheap price). The room size is perfect, as is the shower. There is a kettle, a fridge. There is no coffee maker. The room is tidied up every day and towels are changed. The air conditioner worked great, as did the TV. Very close to the party street but the noise doesn't reach the hotel. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very nice, full of energy and helpful with everything. There is an elevator but it only goes up to the fifth floor and the hotel has six floors. There is a nice terrace on the roof from which you can look out and sit there in the open air.

I had to walk to the top floor because my room was on the sixth floor and the elevator only goes up to the fifth floor.

Super close to walking street however very little noise from it from my room. Walking distance from a lot of sights and most tours will pick you up from here too! Owner is a gem she is so kind and helpful! Even gave me some medicine when I was ill and the pharmacies were closed for tet!

Bed too hard for my liking. (Personal opinion)

Loved this place and the staff, who were so friendly and helpful. Kim hotel is in a great location close to everything and just far away from the main walking street so not noisy late at night. Love you KIM HOTEL ????? James ????

Everything was excellent! The host was exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and well-maintained, but what I loved the most was the location. Everything was within a 20-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area.

One small suggestion: the room could use more power sockets. In particular, there was no outlet on one side of the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge a phone overnight.

Overall good experience, we enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the central location, and the size of the room

- The bed was not comfy, the lock didn't seem secure- It was noisy night time given the night clubs/pubs close by- No breakfast but plenty of options in the area
