great room & staff but for INDIANs the Buffet breakfast was far below expectations
Buffet Breakfast
Grate location if you participate in local affairs. Pool on roof and gym were ok.
Breakfasts might be better.
Great pool, well presented and comfortable rooms.
Breakfast was awful. There was little catering for western clients, we left hungry and paid for breakfast elsewhere.
Room (size and bathroom) and staff were truly awesome!
Breakfast was poor in variety and overall not very tasty. Besides that, juices were not fresh but lemonades.
i checked out one day earlier they did not refund. although i did not book non refundable.
Our suite was spacious and had great air conditioning.
There was a lot of noise from weddings and the street. We were very disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance for the duration of our stay and was completely out of action. This should have been advised to us much earlier, as the pool was a key reason for our stay.
Attentive and responsive staffComfy bed
Aircon inside room was not cold even after seeking technical help.Toilet was old.
Pleasant
Gym is old and air conditioner do not work well. Mattress is not comfortable. Western style food is not good.

Lovely room and friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower. Awkward control for the rainfall shower vs. handheld shower head. Water never really got hot.
should have real king bed not put two twin together to be a king bed, the 2 mattress create a line im the middle, very uncomfortable.
The room was really spacious compared to other hotels. Location was good.
The shower was faulty. Tried to turn on hot water but it stayed cold/warm. Ask front desk but result was still the same.
