Unprofessional front desk services, room doesn’t look like what we saw on the website pictures. Price too high for the room we got. Refrigerator in the room not working, room smell like pee and sewer problems.

Very good location in district 1, close to the markets and everything you are looking for. The staff were very welcoming and we appreciated them allowing us to keep our bags there after check out as we had a late flight home.

Firstly, let me say it was clean in the bedroom BUT the bathroom there was a bunch of black hairs in the shower. Breakfast.. 7am-10am.. came down at 8.45am and there was NOTHING left. No juice, barely any coffee, bread was stale. No hot food.. only watermelon and pineapple but very little amount.. so if you’re looking for fresh hot food I’d suggest coming right on at 7am.

Room 802 the door is hard to open by keyboard, the mattress creaks when you seat down and when you turn your self on it.

The lighting in the rooms could have been better. The room is dark and some lights are not working properly.

The way how the reservation was handled after we confirmed it several times.

We had confirmed the booking prior to our travel. Two days before we were to check in, we received a message asking about our arrival time. We advised that we would arrive around 7:00 pm and needed a late check in. The hotel responded with an "ok". About 1 or 2 hrs before we arrived, we received a message stating "because you did not arrived before 7:00 pm, your reservation has been cancelled." When we arrived, we were told that we have been moved to another hotel. We asked the staff why we were told the reservation was cancelled after we had confirmed the reservation several times. Then upon arrival, were told we have been moved to another hotel. This was a convenient to us as we have other family members staying at a nearby hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rosa Hotel & Spa! The place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. A special thanks to Ms. Ann, who went above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism—she made my stay extra special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality

Breakfast basic but good. Bed were soft

The noise outside was loud and our window wasn’t completely sealed. No hot shower neither.

The hotel was centrally located, close to Indian restaurants and the local market. Though it looked small from outside, our room was spacious and perfect for a family of four, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Very accommodating staff..

I wouldn’t recommend the place for vegans or vegetarians — they tried their best but lacked proper understanding of veg food. The shower was dripping, and it was hard to adjust the water temperature. Also, the place looked different than the photos.

i like the location and the choice of food in breakfast, worth the penny

aircon is not that cold and not comfortable during sleeps since AC is placed on bottom side where only feet is comfortable. lightnings and color of the room looks so dark as it color concept is black which is not pleasant. small space and they also many unnecessary plastic plants which become crowded and no more space to place luggage

This is my third time staying at the Rosa over the past few years. The reason I enjoyed and always go back to the Rosa whenever I am in HCMC is because it a bit like the US Sitcom Cheers….its remarkable place, staff and nearby neighbours are friendly and will always find time for a chat. You can sit in the coffee stall next door all day and meet fellow travellers and locals. It is truly a place where everybody knows your name.

Very convenient location; friendly staff, spacious room, good was OK.

Bathroom was small, the bathtub didn't drain properly.

The Rosa Hotel was a clean establishment and the staff did a wonderful job The people working at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and informative when we asked them questions about what to do for the day and everyone that we talk to was very helpful although we may have had some communication problems since we only spoke English we were able to use our phones to translate and they were very patient with us when we were trying to do it and we appreciate that Thank you for a wonderful experience

We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel we were on the go most of the time so we didn't experience anything negative or anything that would make us not want to stay at this hotel again overall this was a wonderful experience but it was more of just a stopping place to sleep for us and ask questions preparing for our daily activities so we didn't experience anything negative

Great location just minutes away from the market. We booked an airport pick up shuttle that never arrived, no matter having messaged through WhatsApp they still didn’t organised it.

Located near to Bin Than market, 5 minutes walks to Bin Than but the room a bit small .

Location is good. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Old and stinky. I don’t smoke but I had to spend a night in a room stinking like an ashtray.

The location was very good for seeing local sites. Breakfast was also good with a selection of different foods on offer. The bathroom was the best of our 3 week visit in Vietnam. Tv had a good selection of channels.

The room was very cramped with furniture, maybe the easy chairs and table should be removed, as not necessarily useable.The decoration of the room was done by covering one fixture with another, very strange.Our stay was for 4 nights and the room was too small to accommodate this.We had told the day receptionist that we would be checking out the following day at 6.30am and then we reiterated this with the night time receptionist. When we came to checkout at 6.35am, the reception was asleep on the sofa and had to be woken by a breakfast person to check us out. He continued to lay down, check his phone, we assumed that he was looking at our booking on his phone and then tried to charge us for our stay again, even though we had paid cash on our arrival.
