Its location and the friendliness of its staff who do not hesitate to go out of their way to assist you in whatever possible way. I commend its front desk staff who helped us arranged our tours and guided us through where we eat authentic Vietnamese food!

None.. Everything was just perfect for our needs and expectations.

cleanliness, specially the housekeeping team on 7th floor, this is 1 of the main reason keep bring me back 3 times in less than 20 days, of course, the exceptional staff services too.

The lady who worked at night was so lovely and helpful with directions, taxi’s and general information. The room was comfortable and very clean, breakfast was good value would definitely stay there again .

We had a wonderful stay here, it's a busy area plenty of dining choices and only a short walk to Ben Thanh Markets.

Breakfasts facilities can be better. Food items should be identified with a tag. Hot milk and vegetarian items can be made available.

I have stayed a number of times at this hotel, it is in a good location and could be a good hotel again if some money was invested back into it. It is not being maintained, and no longer competes with other hotels.

The toilet didn't flush. They did on the second day try to get it fixed, but I used my own knowledge of plumbing to get it to work. The power tripped in the room three to five times a day. This made trying to watch a movie a nightmare.

I have stayed at the Cap town many times over the past ten years. While my partner stays with her family, I travel around in Vietnam and often use the Cap Town as a well-priced and located stay in HCMC. We are in country about every eighteen months and have done so since 2010.

The hotel needs some money spent on it. There has been a very obvious lack of maintenance, both of the infrastructure and the staff. Gone are the efficient young ladies who once staffed the reception counter and in their place was a young man who was probably in a little over his head. The room was listed as a Deluxe Double Room, a few years ago this was a good choice. Now the room is tired and full of aging furniture. The breakfast is set each day to commence at 6am, one morning it was 6:20 before coffee arrived. I had to turn a bain-marie on because the staff forgot to. The bacon was cold, and meat needs to be monitored for health reasons. They advertise cable television, but what this amounts to is Netflix, which you must use your own account to access. That is not cable provided!

It was centrally located and walking distance to most of the things that we wanted to do.

There was a lot of construction work going on next door the demolition of an entire building that kept us awake until midnight or 1 am every night. It would have been nice had the hotel warned us that this demolition work was going on.

Location was good. Room is fine if you’re out all day.

Dead cockroach in our room the entire stay, even after our room had been made up. Shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Construction site next door started works at 7am.

Fantastic location right in the city center, next to all must-see spots. Also, fantastic, kind -and super helpful staff. Room in sync with pictures, comfortable bed.

All staff were universally friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the rooms were reasonably-sized.

The amount of food on offer at breakfast times was limited-on each of the four mornings we came down for breakfast, they had run out of one or more of the dishes. Coffee was also limited.

It's a standard 2 double beds.

The tap in the bathroom sink is loose and the bathroom needs updating.

Perfect location in District 1(city center). Breakfast was good, room was clean and good size. Very helpful staff. It is a small hotel but it is a good value for the money paid and I can recommend it for a stay as a tourist 2-3 nights.Thank you.

Beds, pillows, air con, staff were great.

The bathroom was mouldy and the buffet breakfast was completely inedible.

The location is near the Bến Thành Market (about 5 mins on foot) and also close to other attractions in the city, The receptionists are pretty nice and friendly. They also helped me ask the bus tickets to other city. The breakfast is simple but diverse. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay.

The sound defense is not really good. Unluckily, we could hear clearly the neighbor room make big noise at midnight and the honk on the streets. If you are sensitive to it, you should take it into consideration. It might drive you crazy. Except this, the hotel is a nice choice.

Location is superb! Staff is also very responsible.

There were alot of dust collected at the side of the beds. The bathtub/jacuzzi was kind of rusty.
