- 1 guy from Receptionist team who was in charge of day shift had bad expression. He did not smile even 1 time. Night shift guy was very helpful.
- That I had to ask several times before they would come to my room to check the issue with the shower and the a/c. Once they checked, they moved me to another room. Plus, I saw 3 other people who checked in and moved from that room during my stay.
- Room didn't have an iron but the staff found me one

The room was clean and spacious, and the linens were so fresh. No smell the room. The breakfast was so good, the owner cooked by herself and maintained the place very well. The location is a little far from the center but very quiet, no noise from the street. Lots of restaurants around.

The room was very clean, it exceeded my expectations. Also, it's in the Korean neighborhood so it's very convenient to get good food.
The view is quite limited and the ac sounds too loud at night.
The morning duty staff, the guy very helpful. Hotel location is very close to the SECC Convention Center. The environment for the hotel is quiet and peaceful, not as noisy as in centre.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and the hotel was located in the heart of the Korean neighbourhood.
Parking and driving on the street was not always easy.
My 12th visit to Ho Chi Minh, Bila Hotel was a great choice for my first stay in this area. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were excellent. My room was clean and well-maintained. I had a nice stay and I will definitely be returning!
