The location is Central to park, many restaurants the famous walking Street not far from the central business district how much close to the famous iconic Saigon landmarks. Very friendly staff helpful with excellent prices. The rooms were very clean

The internet service was really bad in my room (a superior room on floor 6). The street outside was noisy into the early hours.

The room was stuffy and smelly upon our arrival. Is was extremely small as well. We checked out after a day as I was having a hard time breathing. Also, the staff was nonchalant with us. Very disappointing for the price. We stayed elsewhere for cheaper.0

When we arrived they said there was a problem and sent us to another hotel. The pictures in this listing are completely fake. Do not book here as they will like and send you to another hotel that will give much less than you paid for AND try to add additional fees. Booking.com should be ashamed for allowing this scam listing.

burn the place down or throw everything out with the staff put a treatment on the tiles stop slipping new beds a coat of paint not worn out old towels on the floor nylon pads on the chairs and stool so when they are dragged over the floor it dose not travel two floors with the noise waking people up

The location was good,a bit dusty with the upgrade of the hem but it isn't far off completion.

We arrived and they took us to a different hotel “Scat Hotel” which was a part of their branch. It was rated much lower and was further away from where we wanted to be (walked 550m). Don’t know how nice the hotel is, but if you book with them, there is a solid chance they will bring you to a more rundown hotel with no prior notice for the same expensive price.

It is located on a lively hem (laneway), however it quiet at night to enable a peaceful night's rest. The room was large with a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable and firm (but not hard like many beds in Vietnam). There was good water pressure with responsive hot and cold water. The air-conditioner wasn't located over the bed, which was great. The staff were friendly, efficient and always helpful.

Please include some tea and coffee.

I’ve never written a 1 star review before but this is probably some of the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in - especially when you consider that they hold themselves out to be a hotel. The room we booked was meant to be on 9th or 10th floor (as described on booking.com), we were offered a room on 3rd floor upon arrival because they’d given the rooms to other travellers who were staying for longer - not a big deal but annoying if you’ve booked for the views. The first room we were given had a horrible damp smell and the bed sheets were dirty (it seemed to be sweat and dirt stains, as well as hairs). When we raised it with the staff they moved us to another room on the 2nd floor. This room didn’t smell as bad but the sheets, upon pulling them back, were clearly worse (it looked like someone had been eating in bed and they’d just flipped the duvet) - the pillows also had stains and there were hairs throughout the bed.At this point I went to reception and asked for some clean sheets (I even offered to put them on myself). The staff member appeared confused and said he’d call a friend to get them changed, no one came to the room.I’ve never experienced anything like this before, you see similar reviews and you think they’re probably just demanding customers with too high standards but all we wanted was clean sheets in a building designed to house beds (we never cared to change rooms or for some sort of discount, we just wanted a clean place to sleep). This was the tenth place we’ve stayed in our trip around south east Asia (accommodation varying from hostels to hotels), with cost per night range from £8 (which was actually our favourite) to £30 and it’s the only place that couldn’t provide a clean room and a comfortable place to stay.

I have my booking confirmation but when we arrive at the hotel the staff told me that he cannot find our booking details, they give us a room but the bed is so uncomfortable.

We were relocated to the sister hotel 100 meters away. As I understood it's a common practice as both hotels belong to the same person (as I was told). I liked the alternative building even more. Great location. Balcony facing the temple and noisy dide street - 24 hour life, exactly what you need in place like Saigon. You come here for vibrant life.

The location was great for my family's travel plans. It was also very good for it's price.

It could be a little cleaner. The room smells great though so I'm not bothered.

The staff were friendly and the property has a good location.

The bedding was dirty, has stains and so much dust around the room. The mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. The room they gave us was not the room that I booked online which was kind of disappointing.
