Lotus Saigon Hotel

One of the gentlemen that cleans the room did a magnificent job at it. All the staffs were ok. The room was spacious for the price. I would definitely stay there again. It's worth the money since I have stayed other hotels For the same price can't compare

It was a bit hard to get taxi on rainy days at the hotel but other then that, nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Room was selected place that had a good view and was clean.

location was not easy to get around.

big bathroom, big wkndows.

musty smell from the room, bathroom smelled bad, almost like sewer. room was uncomfortably hot when the AC hasn't been turned on for a while. (you notice this when you first walk into the room)

Well located, very nice staff

The shower made a mess every time we use it, the cleaning staff were very nice

Charge extra for early check in. Book queen size bed end up with 2 twins bed

Facilities needed updating. Noisy, could hear other rooms very well. Door was not secure feeling. Some downstairs common areas were used for storage.

The room was not really clean and in general felt very old.

We stay 3 days and there was no hot water at all . When you have international guests it’s better to have also some international breakfast. As per booking had free transportation from airport but they denied nd they say is chargeable.

Clean, warm, safe, quiet but also in a busy neighborhood. Subtle good scent on everything, feels good

Location is convenient. That’s it for this hotel.

Ants on bed. Layout and electrical stupid design. Staff still use paper trail for check in/out this day & age.

I like the rooftop pool and outdoor complimentary breakfast and staff was accommodating.

The first day, they mixed up our one room large queen instead of two twin beds. Then we had to wait until our last night for twins with a balcony. Overall, it would do it again.

Staffs were great

Building too old, strong smells, many people smoking in the building. Management suck! Room door was broken. Everything up charged.

Staff are nice. Spacious room. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Restaurant a bit pricey. Swimming pool was clean.

The only place you can smoke is at the hotel entrance.

The pool area is beautiful and offers great views.The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options for all tastes. The made to order local soups were especially good.

The room is in need of renovation. I was unable to get the faucet/shower head for the bath tub to work properly.

Nothing - the place is filthy - towels are all old and frayed, furniture falling apart, an absolute pit! Leaving was the only good thing. We also got very sick here.

Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Location was close enough to things that you could walk, but got very busy with traffic at night (not sure if this was the case everywhere in HCMC!). Breakfast was nice too, good variety but was okay quality.

Room was a bit dated. Not many beds by the pool (maybe 6-8?) so you had to try your luck with it. Room was extremely noisy too - always felt like a door/window was open so you could hear every engine and horn (which there are lots of!) until 2am. Managed to sleep through it as I am a heavy sleeper, but anyone who struggles to sleep would hate it. Other than that, a good hotel!
